Noise from elevator, noise from doors, noise from hall, from another rooms. Poor soundproofing, but at night mostly quiet so I can sleep well.

Very comfortable hotel near the beach. It's just 2 stars hotel, but it feels like more stars, definitely. Staff very friendly and enthusiastic, and they speak English enough to understand each other. I extended my stay here.

Small rooms, no housekeeping to refresh the rooms, no minibar. No cups to use with the kettle. But fine for the price.

The hotel is near to my khe beach and near for everything. One of the staff myanh is very helpful. She can handle everything.the room is good and comfortable.

I asked one bed room, but I got two bed room. The beds are huge and it made the room full to walk around. If I can check in early (11:00) without any extra money, I would be more satisfied. Because I have to check out early.

I like the facilities in the hotel ; bed, showering room and the location. It’s very close to the beach and near mini mart to shop. The staff is friendly and good at giving information. I will be there again if I visit Da Nang. They also have welcome fruit for me when I was there.

The were doing construction for the last three days in the room above us from 6am-11am. When we asked reception if they could wait to do this so we could actually sleep, they told us that was impossible. Not very wise considering it was the weekend and guests sleep during this time.

I recommend not giving any money till they show you the room! On the first day, I got a downgrade room in another hotel because the owner claimed that a/c does not work in my room. The second day, I got a wall view room. At 4-5am there was some music (a temple near by?).

The WiFi worked but was slow so we ended up using 4G most of the time. Only happened once but during a shower the hot water cooled down massively making it luke warm.

The room was got was amazing for the price! Large window view, a double bed each with a private bathroom. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was nice with a good shower too. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and brought us some watermelon as a welcome which was lovely. They were also helpful in organising transfer to Hue after our stay here. The aircon was good and cooled the room down well. Plugs next to the bed was good too. Mini fridge worked well and kept our water cold.

Maybe the room was not that clean but nothing that bad.

Price, staff and location close to the beach but not that close to the center (walk king distance anyways). You can rent a motorbike and do your laundry.
