We read before we booked that the location is quiet and footfall low, and it proved to be exactly that.The hotel is in the area with many emty building, pretty facades , area is manicured with newly planted palm and coconut trees, but it lacks spirit and excitement. Beach nearby is fairly nice. We did not try the pool recommended by the staff at the Sailing club. There are not many eateries or shops. Nightmarket is painfully empty of customers.

The apartment complex itself is great. Pretty facade and modern , well designed lobby area. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor with a small balcony. It was furnished with taste , it was clean, and had all amenities necessary for short stay. The staff manning the reception was polite and courteous. The accomodation itself is great. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the main town (departs from the area by the Sailing club) but stops at many resorts and even the airport on the way so expect to take apx 40 minutes...also doesn't run often but you can download Vinbus app and check route and timetable. Green electric taxis SM are also good choice and cheaper than Grab.

The apartment is very clean and neat. The bed was soft and comfortable. The estathic of the building and the apartment was a very big bonus for us. Su Casa is about a 25 minute ride from the city center by motorbike. You can rent a motorbike for 250.000 dong from Su Casa. Because of the location (in the area of Su Casa there is not much to see or do), there was no noise of the traffic, so we slept really well. They have a complimentary buggy service to go to the nearby pool, supermarket of beach. The pool was beautiful and not crowded. If you stay here, we suggest to go to Chợ Đêm Vui-Fest Bazaar Sunset Town as this is in the south of the island. You can do your own laundry for free. Housekeeping comes everyday. I would definitely come back next time I visit Phu Quoc!

The location is a bit isolated and the room had no safe / coffee maker / robes / beach towels.

Smart, clean and comfortable apartment. Very straightforward to rent a scooter (essential given the location).

Phu Quoc was our first stop in Vietnam and Su Casa was the perfect start to our time! From the communication before we arrived, to the warm welcome and everything in between during our stay, we couldn't be more happy. The rooms are absolutely stunning and are exactly as shown online. No request was too much for the wonderful team and they also assisted by letting utilise the shuttle service wherever we needed to go within a 2-3 km radius. Can't recommend Su Casa and the lovely team more highly! Wonderful stay!

Dirty towels left behind the bathroom room door from previous guests. No aircon or refrigerator turned on for arrival. A small struggle with language exchange. The view of the abandoned pool and buildings. No bar, pool. Food options.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues: 1. The location was extremely remote, resembling an abandoned town. We had to drive for ten minutes just to buy a can of soda. 2. The water from the taps had a strong metallic taste, making it unpleasant to use. 3. Due to the unpleasant taste of the tap water, we had to fill water from the lobby every day. 4. After 8 PM, there were no staff members available to assist us, which was highly inconvenient. 5. The hotel’s transfer service was nearly double the cost of Grab. Despite booking the hotel’s transfer service, no one was there to meet us upon arrival, forcing us to arrange our own transportation to the hotel. Later, the hotel messaged us on WhatsApp, stating that we had breached the agreement and must pay the full fee. We offered to negotiate and pay half of the fee since we did not use the service, but the staff’s rude attitude made our first night very unpleasant. Eventually, after expressing our concerns, we managed to negotiate and were only charged half the fee, which was reluctantly waived by the manager in an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the experience left much to be desired and made our stay quite unhappy.

The hotel boasts newly renovated interiors, showcasing modern design and stylish furnishings. The facilities are impeccably clean and fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
