The hotel is located in a beautiful building. It has spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very generous and delicious. The owner Martin speaks fluent English and is super friendly. He provided us with very useful tips and assisted in any possible ways. Highly recommended.

Stella de Boutique is a hidden gem in Sapa. Only a few minutes walk from the center but in a quiet location. Everything works well as the property is quite new, even has two elevators. Staff is truly in the business of making the guest enjoy their stay. Special mention to Mr. Martin, owner and manager. He is the one you want to meet in a foreign place on your vacation. He arranged for our transportation from Hanoi and back, tickets to Fansipan and even recommended great restaurants nearby. The surprise birthday cake for my wife was way above expectations. He made our Sapa trip a memorable one without any inconvenience. Do not forget to try the special apple and plum wine they have on site. Much smoother than the store-bought wines .

All the facilities are brand new, with a mix of western and asian references, making it a good choice for a nice time in Sa Pa. Martin was very caring and a true hero, helping me with logistics throught out all my stay.

Czech RepublicI recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I must say, I was more than satisfied. The hotel owner is a very accommodating and pleasant person who speaks fluent English. Despite my late arrival at 1:00 AM, he patiently waited for me to check me in and was ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was new, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all necessary toiletries. I especially appreciated the heating, which was truly invaluable given the outside temperature of 5°C. The hotel offers scooter rentals, which is a great way to explore the surroundings. If you’re looking for dining recommendations, the reception staff are happy to advise and suggest excellent places to visit. Overall, my stay at this hotel was unforgettable and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfortable accommodation with excellent service.

From the front door, we were greeted by a beautiful staff who welcomed us with a big smile then Martin( Manager) came and made everything go smoothly, Martin speaks a great English, that was another bonus 👌🏾 He was able to hold our luggage while we explore SAPA as we arrived early not long ago our room was ready. We were amazed by how luxurious the room looked. Really impressed. The room looked exactly how it says on their website. Martin made our stay at the hotel enjoyable and relaxing. He communicated with us pretty much everything, he was also very supportive and helpful as my partner got sick on our last day and he made sure were taken a good care of. Very grateful for him. Really enjoyed our stay at Stella De Boutique. I definitely recommend it.
