Very Clean. Location is very good, near Hoi An Ancient Town (which under UNESCO). Lot of place to visit and lot of foods. All is walking distance. Night time is the best time to visit. Lots of activity and boats ride. Can't descript, you need to come over and experiment. This homestay is affordable and very good location. Will book again if I come to Hoi An again.

Spacious, clean and the best location in Hoi An! 2 minutes walk into old town but none of the party noise. Our bus arrived a few hours early in the middle of the night, and although our room wasn’t ready they allowed us to rest in the reception area. Super friendly and accommodating staff!

We just loved it.

The property was quaint and clean and the location was great. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are well kept and clean. Small fridge and electric kettle provided which was helpful. We had a balcony room which overlooked the street which wasn’t really pretty but it was nice to sit out on the balcony with our morning coffee and our evening beverage. The owners were absolutely lovely and so helpful with booking tours and they are just so kind.

No power point in the bathroom. Had to take key card out when leaving the room so on return the room heats up. I understand they are saving money on power running all the time, but would be nice to come back to a cool room.

The location is awesome! One street back from the entertainment strip but it’s not loud and night markets close by. Only a short walk across the bridge from old town. Staff were super friendly.

There were a repair works in the neighboring building. We stayed for 2 nights - 1st night the repair works started approx. at 8 am, when we were already wake up (bcs it was weekend) and repair works were localized somewhere in one place. The next day they've started at 7 am or earlier, the the repair works were total ( a team of 12-26 workers, all the the neighboring building, very loud - so there was no opportunity to sleep as we planned a little bit longer. There's still a huge amount of works to do (potentially for 2-3 month min). Need to take it into consideration, if you want to sleep in the morning. The host can communicate in English written - to clarify some question in advance (arrival time, luggage issues, etc.) but very few of them ready to communicate orally, so be ready to use on-line interpreter to Vietnamese from your own (or English) language to communicate in person.

Big clean numbers, comfortable bed and linen. Very good and clean bathroom with fresh refurbishment. Hot water is not from small water heater inside number, but potentially from big central one, so no problem to take a shower 2-3 person one after another. Very close to historic center and night market, but the street is not noisy. You can find a place to eat near down buy the street and spa\massage if needed. Hosts are very friendly and trying to do their best to organize you stay. Small place with table and chairs outside to seat with a bottle of vine and fruits. Opportunity to leave luggage after check-out. As far as I remember there also was a possibility to order breakfast (beef\chicken noodles lower then outside, but we did'nt use it.

The bathmats were extremely small - almost like tea towels.

I booked a room with balcony which had a wonderful smell on entry. There was a great shower and SMART TV available.

The small road in front of homestay is very noisy with "beeping' of horns.

In our room everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. Very short walk to the river and all the delights of the Old Town. Lovely staff.
