As a big family of 9 with 17 luggages big and small. You really have to prepare much strength walking up the stairs all the way to your room.

Best location, it is just beside the Sunworld Fansipan Terminal going up to Fansipan and just few walks away from restaurants, and souvenir shops. They have accommodating staff. Rooms were big for us family. The place is already cold so you wouldn't need any air conditioning, just blankets.

It was just kinda hard, especially if you were on the top floors because there was no elevator.

The location was the best. It's walking distance to the Sun Plaza Sapa Station, so it's very easy if you plan to go to Fansipan. It is also near shops and restaurants. It's affordable, too. Best value for the price. Plus, the host is very accommodating and helpful.

I thought I'm done with the fansipan trail but everytime I'm going to my room, it reminds me the 20 thousands steps to fansipan. 😆 🤣 😂

The staff are very accommodating🥰🥰🥰. They clean the room and change your towel every time. They can communicate to you in english and they can give you advice on what place you have to visit, that's a big plus for someone who doesn't have any idea where to go 😉. Thanks Lahn. See you later.

The staff is lovely. Lan helped us at all times: she suggested plans, provided us with transport to get around the city, organised the bus tickets for us. In addition, we extended our stay for another day and they were very flexible. As for the room, it was spotless. Spacious, very clean and with very nice views. It is in a very good location. You can walk to all the places. We are very happy with the treatment, the professionalism, the affection and the stay. 100% recommended

The facilities, especially the heaters and the aircon units might be old and used, so they might not work well as before. Some TVs might not work too as well. However, these circumstances might only apply to some rooms, as one of our rooms still contain functional items. Also, the place does not have an elevator, so that may be a reminder to some folks.

The owner was hands down the nicest person you could ever meet. She is responsive, knows all about Sa Pa, can help you with tourist info, and so much more. She really helped us in attending our needs, especially due to the subpar functionality of the facilities. She also speaks English really well, so it is a bonus for many travellers who wish to book here. Overall, the owner is our saving grace and our hero for this hotel. :)

Did not realise the booking would be without heating, at least it was not clear to me. Reception explained that heating via AC would be VND 50,000 more which was no issue but would have been great to be clear when booking.

Were able to check in early which was much needed as we were returning from an overnight hike of Fansipan. Room and bathroom was clean.

The staffs are so nice and friendly. They are very welcoming. Hotel location is near sapa station. The room is really clean, big and spacious. It has almost everything we need (bath towels, disposable toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, hanger, slippers, tissue and so on). It is really worth the price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Smelly pillow runners, the ones they put on top of the pillow as a design accent. I hope the hotel would include those to be washed. Aside from those, I loved our one-night stay.

Prime location. Just beside the famous Sun Plaza with souvenir, general merchandise, convenience store, fruit sellers, massage spas and a whole array of eateries around. I like that the items aren't sold with "tourist prices" while they also give in to small discounts if you bargain nicely. Cheers also to our friendly and smiling receptionist.

We visited during low season and the hotel was quiet.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! They kept our luggage safe for us while we went trekking and we got a room upgrade! Location was perfect in Sapa Town. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped.

If only there was an elevator, i would have rated this 10/10. Regardless, the staff made an effort to assist me with my bags going to the 4th floor. So it's still a solid 9 for me!

If you're looking for budget friendly, clean and accessible accommodation in Sapa, this is it!!! I booked a room for 2 pax but was actually travelling solo. Still, they upgraded me to a bigger room that was good for 4 in my opinion. My friends arrived the following morning and they allowed me to take them in for a shower at no additional fee. Location is the best! It's just across Sun Plaza station — ideal if you're going to Fansipan. The plaza, church and market are walkable from here. I also like that ATMs, Spas, and convenience stores are just beside this place. I forgot the name of the male staff who helped me with my luggage all the way to and from the 4th floor. He's good in english too! He gave me tips on places to visit in Sapa and how to score good deals for transportation. If you're reading this — i was the one who gave you the dried mangoes! 😂 hello!

The heater in my room was not warm enough for me during low weather temperature. But the staff (Antony) was very nice and helpful by lending me his own electric blanket.

Fitting to loo flush very flimsy but staff sorted it. Air con in our room not working and very in need of a filter clean when we looked.

Lovely staff. Very central. Perfect location for exploring. Spacious room witb big, firm matressed beds. Big wet room. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. Clean towel each day. Fantastic value.

Staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a late bus on the day of checkout and they let us relax in the hotel, and even put the English Premiere leage matches on to watch while we waited. The room was a great size and location. Just what we needed for a few nights stay in Sapa.

The hotel was good. What could made the hotel further improve would be the aging toilet. The toilet need to be upgraded.

The location it was situated is conducive to all eating place, trekking and cable car. The owner, a very young guy was very helpful and informative. He even accommodated my request for late check out up till 2pm because my train back to Hanoi was 9.30pm.

When we where is sapa it was very cold and the hotel has no central heating (like almost every place in sapa). In other seasons this would not be a problem of course but for us it was a bit cold. Although they had an electric blanket which was perfect for the nights :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are big and clean. Some things are a bit old but nothing to bad. But what made our stay was the host. He helped us with a lot of things! His English is very good and it was easy to make conversation with him. He booked a 3 day trekking for us, helped us with bus tickets and providing information about sapa. He also helped us with planning our trip to Laos.
