Everything is more than I expect. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is what the children like the most. It is clean. The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment is a good choice for my family when staying in Hai Phong.

The studio apartment was large, with a nice kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, crockery & cutlery. There was a large fridge and a double burner electric stove. The breakfast buffet was great.

The advertising still stated it was above a mall. However, this closed during covid. So we had to source a mall which was not too far away.

We had a 2 bed apt. It was huge and clean. Very nice.

Perhaps because of the weather, the water temperature in the swimming pool was too low. If the kiddie pool had been heated, everything would have been perfect.

The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The breakfast suited our tastes to the point where we thought it was a special menu just for our family. In particular, Lily and Sue were very attentive to any inconveniences and were very friendly. Of all the hotel staff I've ever been to, these two staff were the best. I regretted that the trip was short.

The hotel area is very busy and you can hear a lot of noise inside the room. Breakfast is not good, it has very few options, especially for westerners. I do not recommend using the laundry service, the clothes did not come well ironed.

The room is very well equipped, and as it is a flat with a bedroom, living room and kitchen, it is very good for those who like something less impersonal than an ordinary hotel room.

Nice, new, modern and tourist friendly (f.e. backpackers) with great equipment to clean/wash/dry dirty clothes by myself inside of the hotel room.

we only stayed for one night & did not really know where we could go nearby. seems that Haiphong is not really a tourist destination (from what we saw).

Room was smaller than expected. During the night, it was cold and noisy, the window didn't close properly. Hence, we had to keep the AC on all night. We found hair from previous guests in many places in the apartment. The view from our room was toward a yellow wall, even though we booked a room with city view. Also, you should make sure to have cash with you otherwise you will pay an extra % of the total.

We were initially given a suite as the room we were supposed to get was not available yet. Very nice room, however quite small. The second room we received. was smaller, but more spacious. The same issue with the windows. The place was daily cleaned, garbage was taken out and bathrooms were cleaned. Toiletries are provided. The breakfast is delicious, you can get fresh omelette or soup. Daily there are fresh steamed vaggies, rice and noodles. The best are the fruits, you need to try the dragon fruit and the pineapple. The personnel is really kind and service oriented. The lady who prepares breakfast offered to take care of our baby while we enjoyed the food. Really nice front desk, always smiling and nice manners.

All staffs are friendly and helpful. Serve with Japanese style breakfast with variety of choice. Huge room, comfortable environment, nearby supermarket and convenient store.

When I checked out, they claimed a cup and a plug were broken. Wanted to charge me extra for it. Never touch that particular cup, as for the plug it was already like that when we arrived. Spoil the whole experience.

Clean and in a convenient location, though not one local taxi driver was able to find me without calling me first!

they had no conditioner !! I specifically asked for a conditioner but there was none ! for a property next to cruises, not providing proper hair care products is not the best experience
