The hotel food was very disappointing compared to the luxury of the rooms. I ordered a steak that came out long before my wife's food (she had to wait) and was so overcooked that it was basically like chewing on rubber. The steak was way overpriced for being a small and poorly cooked as it was.

The upgraded room was AMAZING! It was a very beautiful and spacious room that provided a great view. This was perhaps one of the very best rooms I have every stayed in!

My stay was good. I received an upgrade, so the room was quite spacious. I especially enjoyed the view of One Theme Park from my balcony. The bathroom and toilet were also impressively large. Unfortunately, I arrived very late due to a flight delay, so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities or experience the breakfast, as I had to check out the next morning. However, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout my short stay.

The rooms were royal with an amazing view, the food was just delicious and the service incredible. I highly recommend it. The design of the hotel is stunning, only 3min taxi from the Halong bay cruise departure

It is located near the international port which is convenient for cruise goer. The hotel looks good but needs to be cleaned more completely. The breakfast restaurant was spacious and splendid. The staff was responsive.

I was lucky enough to get an upgrade and on the 17th floor. But I could still hear the noise from outside, loud music, building work and traffic. It is also opposite a theme park called Sun world, if you are going to sun world then this is the perfect location. The only downside to the room was no furniture on the balcony.

The staff particularly Rosie she was amazing. She answered all my silly questions and sorted my boat trip and taxis even after I left the property!! Rosie also messaged me to make sure I got on the boat. The breakfast was also amazing. Even though it was low season they didn’t reduce choice.

We had an amazing experience at hotel soleil halong! We checked in on the eve of my partner’s birthday and I had requested to make it special for him. They organized a well-planned birthday-themed dinner that exceeded my expectations. The decorations (both in room and at the dining area) were perfect, and the bouquet they provided upon request was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but doesn’t compromise on quality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and value-for-money experience!

The only thing i noticed is the lack of lotion in the amenities, not a big deal but i was not expecting for it to be missing in the room.

We had an exceptional stay at Soleil last December. The room is perfect for family. It was spacious, clean and the bathroom was the biggest i ever seen in a hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive!

A nice hotel in Viet Nam. My family and I just stayed 1 night there. Hotel did their jobs so well. We’re welcomed and helped. We are family with 2 adults and 2 kids, staying in a suite room with 2 rooms connected, the room was private enough for parents but still could watch our children.

For the spa services we needed a translator since the 3 employees did not speak any english. Also the cooks and some staff at the restaurant had struggles with English.

Clean and modern hotel with very good location. The port for the boat tours is 15min walking away. Also a street with a lot of good restaurants is in front of it. The hotel itself and the rooms are clean and it has a big restaurant area.
