We had a great stay at Simon’s House. Simon was especially kind and helpful — always available if we needed anything. We were able to rent bikes directly from the homestay, which made it super easy to explore Hoi An and its surroundings. Breakfast was tasty, with several options to choose from, and the overall experience was excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

The room smelled a bit moldy and there was the occasional empty moth cocoons on the ceiling but it wasn't too bad. Overall the place was very clean.

Simon was a great host, she helped us plan activities and book tours and taxis, had good advice on where to go and what to see, she could be qualified as a guide! Breakfast was very good and the house is well located, not too far from Hoi An old town by foot (10 minutes-ish)

Everything was perfect. The old town is a little walk away though, only about 20 mins so nothing too horrific

The room was amazing, so comfortable, great air con, and lovely amount of space. Beyond this the stay was made my favourite in Vietnam by the hospitality of Simon! She was so friendly and welcoming, and helped us with advice on the area, potential activities we could book and arranged our overnight sleeper so we could continue our travels with ease. A lovely home cooked breakfast also always helped start our days just right.

One of the best hosts I ever had! She helped me with everything I needed, whether it was booking a tour, or a boat trip, or finding a restaurant... For my departure, she booked my morning bus to Hue for me, and even packed me a delicious breakfast to eat on the bus. I felt at home at Simon's house. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. I loved the bed, I slept very well. The location was also perfect for me. Close enough to walk to the historic center, but in a quieter area. Also, when I visited, the old town was flooding and I was very glad to have picked a hotel on a street that stayed dry!

Amazing modern property with the best host family. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. And the location is perfect - out of the chaos but close walking distance to town (15-20). Also good local gym a short bike ride away. Scooter hire 150k. Bike hire 30k.

exceptional stay at Simon’s house, probably one of the best that ive had in Vietnam. the room was perfectly clean, new and comfortable. had a very lovely breakfast too! only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. perfectly located 10min walk from the city center, so a much quieter area. you can also rent a bicycle (new) from the host. Simon is an incredible host! she helped with transfer to the airport too. want to stay here again when i’m back in Hoi An

Simon made us feel right at home from the get go with a welcome drink and a chat about things to do in Hoi An. Always just a text away, she was able to help us book buses to our next destination and provided bikes to help us get around town. Everything was seamless and we were genuinely sorry to be leaving Hoi An and Simon's house! Would definitely recommend staying here when in Hoi An. It's a bit outside the ancient town section but the 15 minute walk in along the river is great

Simon house is a great place to stay. All rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard. The location is great to get into Hoi An along the riverside - a 20 min walk. The host Simon speaks good English, is very helpful, and provides one of the best breakfasts we have had.

Simon was a very welcoming host. She welcomed us into her beautiful home. The rooms were very modern with smart TV, bath and had both fan & air conditioning. Simon helped us with booking a cooking class, transfer to Danang & hired us bikes to get around the town.
