Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, with stunning views that made every moment feel special. The breakfast was outstanding — honestly the best I had in Vietnam — with so many options to choose from, and the menu rotated daily so it never felt repetitive. What truly stood out was the staff. They were some of the friendliest and most attentive people we have ever met during our travels. They genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and memorable. They surprised us with a free room upgrade and decorated the room beautifully for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion extra special. On top of that, I accidentally left something important at the hotel, and the staff went completely out of their way to ensure it was delivered to me at the airport on time before my flight. That level of service and care is truly exceptional and something I will never forget. The location is also perfect — very close to the main attractions, restaurants, and cafes, yet still peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, this has been the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the views and food to the staff and service, everything exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam without hesitation

There was nothing not to like.

I loved absolutely everything about this jewel of an hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Ms Lee who explained the hotel and facilities to us the morning after our arrival was exceptional. Ms Lee was not there when we departed 3 days later but Ms Tammy was brilliant and I was nearly in tears saying how wonderful the hotel had been. The breakfast was superb, so much choice Western and Asian and the best little danish pasties and cakes. Bikes were free and we used these daily to ride to the local beach about 5km away. The rooms were beautiful and water, coffee replenished every day and the rooms serviced. We had a massage at the Spa, again fantastic. You can walk into Hoi An centre or ride it is about 2km away. The hotel itself is on the river, there is no noise apart from a couple of cockerels in the morning. This hotel was everything and more, it wasn’t too big, it wasn’t pretentious, it was perfect. Thank you I hope you continue to flourish.

Quite busy as we were used to smaller homestays while travelling but that’s to be expected and good for their business! It meant it could be a little noisier but still far quieter than staying in town.

Property was great and a good location for easy access/walking to places, attractions, and foods. Staff checked in often to make sure everything was okay and access to free bicycles was a bonus. They also have easy motorbike hire which was a good option for going out to explore areas rather than using a taxi service. Breakfast included was handy, a good selection of options (coffee was amazing!).

Nothing really, but if you're looking to be in the heart of hoi an then this is a bit of a walk to old town, but i actually enjoyed the walk to and from.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are large with modern finishings, a large bed and lovely balcony. The facilities - gym, pool, restaurant (i didn't use the spa) are all fabulous. The staff are helpful. I really can find no fault with this place, the location is lovely. for the price paid it's an exceptional place to base yourself in hoi an.

My only regret was that I had only booked one night here.

The staff here were amazing, super friendly and so helpful. Rooms are spaceous, beds comfy and our balcony room overlooked the river. Breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. Restaurant staff are attentive and very obliging. Hotel supplies free push bikes for customer use. They also have a great variety of tours available with hotel pickup and drop off.

The walls are a little thin and we could easily hear the noise and burning smell from the road at night (we stayed on the third floor, riverview room).

Very goof value for money with extensive breakfast selection. Friendly and attentive staff. Free bike hire was a convenient way to visit the ancient town. The pool and gym facilities were great.

For people sensitive to noise, the rooms near the elevator may be unsuitable; a room change was possible without any problems.

On our first night we had dinner in hotel restaurant, which was not very good. Hotel really listened to our feedback and came with a good solution.

Lovely, new and very clean hotel. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast, love the outdoor pool with indoor feel. There are some great restaurants in the area (FireFly and Tuan) Free bikes is great to cycle to city center and Hoi An Memories.

That I didn't stay longer.

The location was right on the river. You could cycle or walk to many restaurants along the river... They had coconut boats nearby. Hairdressers and local 7 eleven around the corner. Very close walking distance to hoi an memories show. The hotel is very responsive and able to answers all questions via whatsapp. Very helpful if you are stuck anywhere. The pool was wonderful and clean. I also borrowed a bike which you can use for free to ride around and look at the sites. The bed is so comfortable.. Breakfast bar was fabulous with so many variety's of food to choose from.. All the staff were so helpful and friendly.. Loved seeing the smiling housekeepers in the mornings.. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the La Silk Riverside Hoi An Hotel & Spa .Our stay was wonderful. The Greek decor and design was lovely. The location is a bit from the main area of old town nonetheless the surrounding is very quiet and relaxing, plus it’s next to the river.! All the hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. They looked after all our needs and ensured we felt no problems during our stay. They even offered an airport transportation with reasonable price after our reservation was made. This was helpful. The night shift male staff was so friendly and welcoming and the reception desk was particularly helpful too. I was amazed by the great hospitality. We loved the breakfast at the hotel as well. Plenty of food options and good quality. Overall we loved the hotel very much and will highly recommend to everyone.

Room was super clean, and the staff gave attention to detail with cleaning, like I would see them even cleaning the balcony area during our stay, cleaning the pool in the morning and see them even cleaning the stair handrail while having breakfast. Oh, and breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Used the free bicycles, and it was a short ride along the river for restaurant options and a visit to the old town. Reception staff were wonderful and attentive to give activity options. Laundry service was great.

The gym is fine and it’s good to have it air-conditioned (not always the case in Vietnam), but the dumbbell weights start at 2.5 kg and then jump to something like 17.5 kg. If there were more in the 5-10 range, that would be an improvement.

Very good pool. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms were nicely designed and well-cleaned. Staff are helpful. We had a great stay!
