Everything you expect from a 5 star hotel - we had a 2 bedroom Grand Suite and it was great for my family and I to unwind from the chaotic city. We really enjoyed our stay, all staff were great and provided some much concerns and care when my daughter fell and cut her head open in the pool.

The selection of food during breakfast was not so big as one would expect. That said the quality of service is impeccable.

The staff was extremely pleasant, we had amazing waiters during breakfast hours. They were very accommodating to all our needs. The room itself was spacious and had a nice balcony, keep in mind not every room has one. The pool is a bit small but overall nice.

The kids' playroom could use a bit more taking care of, but it was a minor minus to an otherwise incredible stay.

Incredible location and room. The 2 bedroom Grand suite is so spacious and well equipped, the value for money is just unreal. We got so much food to the room and were very surprised at how good and affordable it was!

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location. The room was very clean and spacious. The best part about the hotel is the staff. They were very attentive and could not have done more for us. I travelled with an 18 month old and they were brilliant with him. He was very well looked after! Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again!

Great local, not too far from city center and you avoid the traffic in city. Breakfast includes hot meals choice on top of the buffet set. lots of choice and the service at breakfast was great.

No cafes nearby to get local coffee, besides the local in-house restaurant.

Beds are firm and nice to sleep on. Apartment was spacious and clean. Water pressure for showering is good and the water heater works fast to heat up the shower. A/C is powerful and cold. There were toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and toothbrush provided. Sufficient bottles of mineral water given daily. GS25 convenience store opposite and some restaurants (Cocotte, Pasteur Craft Beer and Hoa Tuc) within walkable distance. Gym is well-equipped and has drinking water and towel station.

At dinner was a very small glass of wine.

Quality from the moment you enter the lobby. We booked a studio which had all the facilities and included large bath, washing and drying machine. Restaurant was quiet but the food was very well presented and tasty. Really good value for the quality. Breakfast was exceptional with such variety and good service. Pool was good size under cover and the sauna and steam room an added bonus. Staff were very friendly and particular mention Minh, Tah and Hieu.

The Sherwood suite is really nice and comfortable, the rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The location is also close to center of downtown. So wonderful stay. The house keeper and staff are also kind and nice. Breakfast is delicious and well cooked, kids love the Suite very much. I will definitely recommend this to everone.

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 (5+2) nights. We had a Grand Suite. Everything was perfect. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good. Restaurant has also very good food. Everything is very clean. The pool and gym are good. All in all, highly recommended.

We loved the place but prefer District 1 location wise, closer to restaurants and tourist attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the studio was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional, and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Bathroom floors were hazardously slippery when wet. We saw the signs and took caution but still managed to have a few near misses

We had a small issue but it was fixed right away. The staff were really helpful and nice. I love the hospitality and care they give to their guests.

Love the space! It's not just a room, it's an entire unit. We definitely felt at home, comfortable and safe. They also have a well-maintained play room for kids, my daughter absolutely loved it. They have a gym, pool and restaurant so you can just stay home and relax. Perfect for families!
