No complaints, for the money I paid.

Very basic accomodation, furniture and decor tatty and basic. No recrption on TV, cleaner does not clean room daily. However, still very good value for money I paid, great location and most important, very quiet, and able to get a good nights sleep. Very good if you are on a budget.

No TV and NO WINDOW!!

Right......first of all, after seeing my room, I read the reviews because I was somewhat disappointed - no TV and no window. However, room was very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Air con was great and I could stream on wi-fi - only 3am games though! There was a kettle and fridge and I had hot water. For 3 nights I was quite happy but not more than that please. 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh, by the way, is not enough. Room was secure, laundry service was good too. I didn't see any cockroaches and no issues with mosquitoes as I had a net. Would use again. Location couldn't be better. Good value in my opinion for the price I paid. Many thanks.

-not even sure hot water is connected -the sofa was blocking the door of the closet, but if you move it, it blocks the door of the room, so it was broken as everybody has to move it -there was a TV but had no signál at all

There is street noise, but that's normal for the place. The bathroom was disappointing, there was a problem with the hot water and the shower. The staff was nice but sleepy

On the first night there was no hot water and the room was rather dirty, with dust everywhere. The shower door was not closing and I also saw a bug. I booked the cheapest room, so you get what you pay for

No windows and felt like a dungeon. Also someone was smoking cigarettes outside our room one morning which drifted into our room which wasn’t nice.

The hotel very old. Dirty, full of dust and spiderwebs at the corner of the room and under bed. The closet seem like never clean and smoking smell comes into the room always by the old windows which is no view. Not suggested for who not well with the smoking smell. I did ask the housemate comes over and make up room but the dust and spiderwebs still. The sound of TV at night time from 1st floor wake me up at almost midnight but good that they downing the volume after you told them. The Sound from outside room is clearly heard, knocking sound from upstairs, running and walking sounds from the stairs..

Center, near by the interesting places. There are staff always respond your request. But this hotel is very old. The picture look too good than the real.

Not a great place to stay, the hotel is run down and pretty grubby, some rooms are quite dirty, cockroach in the shower etc. We changed hotel. Would not recommend.

Bath towels and bed linen was not clean😂 Look like(I hope) laundry has been done but the color was like yellow-ish and bath towels were very old.

Check-in and check-out was very smooth, and receptionist was very kind and polite. the location was no problem, walking distance to bus station, ben thanh market or any other tourist places. There are a lot of nice cafe and restaurants too.

The lights in the room are so dark, there was a live cockroach in my room 🤢. They don't clean your room, refill your water bottles unless you ask them and the towels are a bit old.

Shower head stand is broken, shower head cannot be mounted. Toiletries are old and does not look nice. Room is smaller than it seems on photos. Facilities in the room are quite old and room smells damp.

Location is near to our tour company. It's on the main road, at an intersection so easy to find. Within walking distance to bus stop with the bus line that goes straight to/from airport. Near Ben Thanh market and many nice eateries around. Room is equiped well with all basic commodities
