The property itself is a bit old.

Great location close to the very beautiful beach and far from noisy streets. Helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with good Vietnamese coffee. Spacious rooms.

Reception Staff were ok but just ok. We had a pushchair for the baby and after 5 days they locked the disabled access so I had to carry it down the stairs with no help. No explanation. Plus upon arrival I only had USD. My mistake but they didn't help us find an exchange. Other than point on a map. Not order taxi etc. Oh and also they insisted we only have one key. So if I wanted to leave the room I had to leave my wife and child in the room with no A.C or light. And the fridge was broken.

Fridge in Room 901 smells so bad when open. Almost a sickly smell like durian fruit. It needs a good clean with baking soda & lemon or replacing. My booking included a late check out which would have been really useful but when I asked at reception they told me it was not available despite being included in my booking extras. They should state ‘ subject to availability ‘ on hotel or booking site. A bit disappointing :(

The rooftop pool could do with some maintenance in particular the flooring as some of the decking boards were lose/worn. The shower door did not have a seal at the bottom so water would overspill into the bathroom area and the water was luke warm/cold although I didn't raise this with staff.

The hotel has all the facilities you need for a pleasant trip.

I booked this hotel for the bathtub and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely pool facility. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.

This was my 3rd hotel stay in Danang city. I chose it because of the bath tub in the room and the sauna available. Sadly, the hotel obviously doesn't have constant hot water and is dependant on the weather, seeing the solar panels on the rooftop. Due to rain and lack of sun, the water was only lukewarm and I was not able to have a nice soak in the bath during my stay! The facilities state a sauna. What they do not tell you until you have paid for your room, is the sauna is not free unless you have booked a certain room rate. I showed them the facilities listed for my booking which states first as sauna. I suggest that they put in brackets (fee applies for most room rates). So a disappointing stay as the two things I chose this hotel for where not available!

The room was nicely decorated, extremely comfy bed, linen and pillows. Despite my room being on street , I couldn't hear any noise during night. The room had nice lighting, kettle, working safe, soft towels and a bath tub with overhead shower that I was looking forward to using. The free breakfast was good with a selection of hot vietnamese porridge, pho and stir fries. They cooked eggs to order. Range of cold meats, salad, fruit, breads, juice and coffee.The gym had several machines to use. The rooftop pool was nice large area with good views of the sea and large resort opposite. There were 2 sunloungers and many tables to sit at. The pool water was extremely cold due to the rain and low temperatures. The rooftop bar served a small selection of food. There was no stocked bar but they could offer you coffee, coke or juice on request. There were a selection of books to read and a pool table, minus white ball that had been taken by a guest!

I stayed for 8 days, 7 nights and I really liked the place, but everything started falling apart day after day. * there is a small leak on the bathroom ceiling in the morning, doesn't really bother me, but sometimes, the bathroom stinks, wondering if it's from the leak. * there is a slimy water on the small fridge's floor. * the breakfast is always cold, i tried arriving at 6.30, 8.00, 7.00, it's always cold. It just bothers me cos i liked eating warm food. But the food tastes good even if they're cold. * I only decided to use the electric kettle to have hot coffee on the 4th day, I didn't check/use it the days before. And inside was, tea. The previous guests must have brewed the tea on the kettle, and no one cleaned it. No one knows how long the old tea was in there. * On my third night, i accidentally spilled some orange sauce on the bed sheet (upper left side near the pillow). and since there are many lipstick marks on the left upper side of the blanket too (I slept on the left side of the bed and i didn't untuck the blankets from under the bed), i decided to leave a request to change the beddings on the 4th day. i left around 7am. when i got back at 3pm, i didnt inspect the beddings, but since it's all white, it's easy to see the marks. and wouldn't you know it, 'my' lipstick marks on the blanket are now on the right side! so i decided to check the bed sheet too. and there it is, the orange stains, now at the lower left. Take note, i didn't untuck them from under the bed, so it meant they removed both, flipped it, and put them back. i was gonna let it pass, so i just called the reception and ask to change the bedding. reception said it will inform housekeeping. within a minute, reception called back, insisting that housekeeping already changed it. so they left me no choice, so i told them it has the same stains, it just flipped to another side.

The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Fried eggs are pre-made and left out in the air conditioned dining room, so they're cold by the time you get to your table. The food selection is not very extensive. The bathrooms in the rooms didn't have extractors, so we had to leave the windows open which counteracts the aircon if you leave the bathroom door open. The wall outlets have no power once you take your room card out with you, so you can't leave your phone or powerbank in your room to charge if you're just going up to the pool or something.

Proximity to the beach. Wifi connectivity throughout the hotel is very good. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms we stayed in had very good views of the city. There are a lot of places to eat and marts nearby, so finding something to eat or drink was very easy.

It is better to update an information book in each room. However, it is only a very minor matter for my stay at this hotel.
