The bed was a bit too hard but this is the only issue we had.

The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived after 1am and the owners greeted us and we had no issues with check in. The breakfast was really good.

We had a problem with the hot water in the shower but they fixed it immediately.

Location was great, a short walk from the central part of the city. Room was big with a city view. Staff were very helpful and nice. Laundry service was good. Breakfast was nice.

A fabulous stay! The location is excellent, providing easy access to everything. The staff was impeccable, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, especially Pho. The room are very clean and well decorated, ensuring a great night of rest. Would definitely return in the next visits

The host is amazing. They helped me arrange everything: trekking tours, ticket to Fansipan, bus to my next destination, gave me the advice. They are so nice and they would do everything for the guests. The location is a little bit uphill from the centre, which is perfect so you don’t hear the notice.

Establishment run by a family with young children, where everyone calls each other loudly. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep early.

I could have done with an extra pillow, as pillow was very soft.

Very good management. Allow me to leave my luggage as I arrived early in the day, like 8am. A freshly cooked fried rice for breakfast. Excellent location.

The hotel is on Sapa hills so it's not very busy area but you are close to restaurants and bars The staff was helpful.

Reasonable walk up the hill. Staff are friendly. Dorm room was empty apart from me. Mattresses quite firm, but great value for money with a great breakfast included in the stay.
