The location was perfect for us, with many cafes, restaurants and street food vendors nearby. We had considered staying near the beach but that would have been a mistake as all the action is in town. We went to the beach most days and a Grab taxi was very cheap at NZD $4. Great staff, beautiful breakfast and lovely pool. Complimentary afternoon tea served near the pool at 3pm every day. Large room with great views of the city and river.

The biggest asset of this hotel is their staff. Everyone here was good humoured and enthusiastic to help, going above and beyond to personalise our experience. When asked for local recommendations, the receptionist wrote down an entire list of eateries for us to explore and another took the time to get to know us, despite us only staying for a night. The porter is intuitive and seems to do things wholeheartedly, rushing to get the door and helping us with the pram. The hotel itself is well decorated throughout and strikes a nice balance between art deco and cosy. The complimentary afternoon tea was much appreciated, enjoyed in a space with good views. The pool is small but sufficient, with good seating options. We had a view of a wall which isn't ideal but appreciate them apologetically letting us know during check in.

Noisy neighbors on separate nights, shouting within their rooms -- still ongoing at midnight. We knocked on their respective doors, and eventually the noise diminished. A stronger reminder to guests of the noise policy and other hotel rules at registration could help improve all guests experiences.

Staff, room, breakfast, spa were all excellent. We also loved using pool and looked forward to the afternoon tea, cakes, egg rolls. Our family felt well cared for during our stay.

On the negative side, the family room was rather small as there was no space to keep suitcases. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes and the kettle plug point was in the bathroom.

Excellent location to airport, train station, markets and many restaurants/coffee houses. Looks a very established hotel and the restaurant was spacious & clean. Great selection of food for breakfast. Pool and a coffee bar available for those looking for some relaxation.

The property was excellent. Ideal if you are travelling as a family. I also saw coulples and lone travellers. One thing about the breakfast - as vegetarians we didn't have many options at all - only bread, butter, jam and fruits.

Very well placed in a quiet locality, not very far from the My Kem beach, the Lady Buddha temple, the night markets and eateries. The hotel staff was very aimiable and helpful... more importantly honest. The rooms were comforable and clean. As we were a family of four, we had requested for two connected rooms, which they made available for us.

Reception staff were very friendly at check in but after that barely acknowledged you. The staff in the restaurant and the cafe were very friendly and helpful.

Everything about this place was great! Big rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. A lot of choices at the buffet breakfast. The pool on the roof was nice, and we mostly had it almost to ourselves. Staff was lovely and helpful. It’s just a quick walk from the riverside. It’s not by the beach, but I preferred to stay here to the area on the beach side of the river. It felt a bit less touristy, while you still have everything you need. And it’s easy getting a grab to the hotel. I asked for a room high up, got the 11th floor, and was not bothered by traffic noise. Definitely one of our best stays in Vietnam. Highly recommend it!

The shower temperature was not stable and water pressure was weak

Everything was amazing including friendly & helpful staffs, great breakfast (pho was so good), stunning swimming pool (although it gets loud with kids in the morning), large room with a view, very clean, location (many restaurants and cafes nearby), very comfortable bed and quiet at night, finally, the spa was fantastic too! We will come back to this place.
