The staff was not really able to advise what activities / visits we could do nearby or how we could discover Phu Quoc which is a bit of a pity

The ambience, the location is just 10 mins from and to the airport. The staff were so professional, kind, helpful, and always smiling. A special shout out to the Chef at Pakka restaurant Mr. Lali Sharma he was at breakfast every morning making sure I & my friends were all happy and if we needed anything to look for him. We went to Pakka on Saturday for dinner and we had yummy crackers when we told him we loved these crackers he said he could make them for us 😋 SharmaJi went above and beyond making us 6 boxes of these crackers to bring back to Singapore with us. I will highly recommend Salinda Resort and I will be back in December with my family. Thank you very much to Salinda team.

Some of the food was not up to the level I expected both in terms of quality and cost. - Italian was a 7/10 and the Bar for dinner was average - Especially for my wife and her vegetarian choices. Food was however excellent at the pool bar and also at the indian restaurant. Food at breakfast was excellent as well.

Very close to a busy main road but our room which faces the street was still not affected by the traffic or general busyness of the area, The local restaurants and businesses are great to eat at and shop for small things but in general the outside detracts a little from the hotel's presentation and landscaping when you are inside the Hotel's compound. I did not consider this a great con for the hotel overall excellence in all the other things.

Breakfast - wide variety and keeps changing daily..complimentary sparkling wine, coffee, capucinno, latte and food are all tasty. Pool - was big enough and good but maybe not excellent as compared to the other 5 star hotels but no complaints. beach - the beach here is good with sandy beach but not usually swimmable due to strong currents. Beautiful Trees and landscape - one of the few hotels where trees and foliage are so well done that you do not feel that the hotel is so close to a busy street with lots of small business, restaurants which are both a plus and a minus. Location - close to the city Duong dong and the airport. Complimentary transfer to and from the airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Salinda Resort Phu Quoc, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The staff here are truly outstanding—incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Whether it was arranging activities, offering local tips, or simply checking in with genuine care, their attentiveness made our stay extra special. The sparkling wine breakfast was an absolute highlight! Starting the day with a glass of bubbly alongside a fantastic spread of fresh, delicious food was such a treat. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone—vibrant tropical fruits, freshly baked pastries, and both Vietnamese and international dishes, all prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The food quality throughout the resort was top-notch, with every meal showcasing fresh ingredients and delightful variety. The location is simply perfect—nestled along the pristine shores of Phu Quoc, with soft white sand and turquoise waters just steps away. It’s the ideal spot to soak up the island’s natural beauty while being close enough to explore local attractions. The value for money is unbeatable for a 5-star resort of this caliber. Every detail, from the luxurious amenities to the impeccable service, felt like a steal for the experience provided. Our room was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, beautifully designed with modern touches and a serene ambiance. The attention to detail in maintaining spotless rooms was evident, and we loved the tranquil views that greeted us each morning. Perhaps a lack of restaurants as only 2 of the 3 were open due to being off season.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t soundproof, it wasn’t a problem for most of the stay yet on our last night, there were people arguing in the hallway at 2 am and we were privy to their conversation. I was also disappointed with the breakfast box they gave us on the morning of our flight, as I had grown accustomed to their amazing breakfast only to be fed a cheese sandwich and two muffins, as a parting meal. Perhaps that’s on me for having such high expectations for a takeout breakfast but still, wish it had been better.

I loved the service, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time. The room was lovely, looked just like the pictures online. The sparkling breakfast had a great selection of vegetarian friendly foods and an amazing variety of fruits and vegetables. The hotel is well located, there are many spas, restaurants, and coffee shops close by. They also offer little activities to try out for free, which is nice.

Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, ensuring that everything was spotless throughout our stay. Every evening, we received a thoughtful treat in our room — a lovely touch that made us feel welcome and appreciated. This hotel is very family-oriented, which made it perfect for us. Everything was well set up with no hassle at all — from check-in to daily routines. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Asia. Beds were extra big and so very comfortable. Rooms were big and cleaned very thoroughly everyday with turn down service. The breakfast was good too and the wine was a nice touch. The view from the swimming pool is of the beach and it was very nice to watch the sunset from there. The waiters were so friendly and helpful with my 3 young kids. Overall a very nice resort in a good location. I will stay here again mainly because of the great staff.

Everythimg was almost perfect. Wpuld have like a bit more for vegetarians at the italian, vietnamesr and beach restaurants. The pillows could be a bit thinner. But these are tiny quibbles on what was a perfect trip.

Amazing property, great breakfast butbabove all service was simply phenomenal. Phuc was wonderful and made our breakfast amazing. Tram at breakfast and khoi at the indian restaurants were great. Was a perfect stay! The cocktails at the bar and indian food were fabulous

This is a stunning resort with amazing grounds. The gardens are lush and perfectly maintained. The pool has the best sunset view with its own private beach. Staff are wonderful, so attentive and helpful.

Very small opportunity for improvement is TV options. Yes we were not in holidays to watch TV, but it would have been good to have a smart TV with apps like Netflix etc. Rooms were also on the smaller side, but again these are only small things!

Location, only a short distance into the main part of town (approx 7 mins by taxi) Stunning hotel, especially the pool! Breakfast was great. Private beach, great for swimming (no waves). Shuttle bus collection from airport. I did SO much research before booking. Yes there are some other stunning hotels on the island, but do you want to be stuck 25 mins away from all the action? This hotel was beautiful, I can’t recommend highly enough.

Prices for drinks and food were very expensive so we went outside of the resort. Bars and restaurants were empty.

The room was very big with a balcony. The room was serviced twice daily. Lovely pool area.
