Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenThere were often kids playing in the pool, my suggestion would be to have a kids hour between 09-10 or something so that the adults can enjoy the pool the rest of the time. And the breakfast could be a bit loud with all the kids running around, and if you get to the breakfast after 9, a lot of things have finished already.
We enjoyed our stay very much! All the staff was so friendly and serviceminded. Big buffe breakfast. The room was amazing with a beautiful view. Extra thank you to Nhu for arranging a private driver for a day and all the other kind things. They really have a feeling for details and you feel very welcome and special. I would absolutely stay again!

CanadaThe rooftop pool is very small, almost like a large jacuzzi, and though clean and well-maintained, it could only comfortably hold 10-12 people before it got very crowded. You can not do laps since it's only 8m at its longest measurement, but it's perfect for young kids or cooling off in the hot afternoon. There is a gym hidden on the 2nd floor (secret elevator to access it), but the A/C wasn't working, and it was too hot to exercise there comfortably. Finally, I needed a quiet place to work, and sadly, there was no meeting room or quiet room to book or stay in when my room was unavailable (cleaning). But aside from these small issues, I had a phenomenal time here for my 4 days during the Quy Nhon Maratho,n and I will be back for sure.
Wow. Wow. Wow. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and valued. Even the guards at the basement parking are very nice and friendly. Staff are well trained and this is a hotel that treats you really well. So many amenities and the breakfast is truly 5 stars especially for Quy Nhon. I look forward to staying here with my family in the future. It is only a 2min walk to the beach (100m or less) and they even have pedal bikes you can borrow for free. They even did their research and learned it was my birthday during my last day there and prepared a delicious cake for me when I was checking out. I was truly touched and surprised.

PolandBeautiful new hotel, very clean, with amazing staff. You feel very well taken care of at all times, there's always someone to open lobby doors for you, handle your luggage etc (this isn't always the case even in 5 star hotels). Great view from the pool as well and v comfortable room overall. Highly recommend

Everything! The location was like 2mins to the beach, facility all new, clean and comfortable. Sala staff should be rated 100/100 for their kind and quick support all the time. Love everything here, the room i booked had whole city view, and a small view to the beach which was super cute.

VietnamI encountered a couple of roaches during my stay, but I know for a fact that this is an issue at all 'premium' properties in Quy Nhon, including fancy apartments in the FLC Sea Tower. The staff sent up a porter boy of about 19 to deal with it on my first night – he walked into the room in shoes and smashed it with a shoe and put it in the bin. The staff kindly gave me vouchers to apologise for the bugs, but, ludicrously, these vouchers only applied to the coffee shop or bar, and could not be used throughout the hotel, meaning they were rejected when I tried to use them to pay for 2 bottles of water from the minibar upon checkout. This is a classic issue of Vietnamese bureaucratic inflexibility – staff are terrified of incurring any cost to the business which has not been triple-red-stamped and approved by the big boss. More generally, staff in the breakfast room do not tell families to maintain basic standards of civility, including stopping their children from walking on the benches in shoes, screaming, or playing loud music from phones and iPads. This is completely incompatible with the high-quality hotel experience they want to be. I fully understand that normal Vietnamese expectations will not be offended by loud screaming at breakfast, but the hotel is trying to be international so it should train its staff by international standards. (The screaming and loud noise also applies to the lobby.) One more thing is that the pool closes ridiculously early. The whole fun of swimming pools at hotels is going in at night, getting drinks, etc. Having a pool that closes at 8pm is like living in an old people's home! They also need to clean the windows and external glass of the balcony more thoroughly. All of these suggestions are offered in a friendly spirit to the hotel leadership, in order to help it meet international standards.
Interesting place. I stayed in the suite and the room was lovely, just like the pictures. Comfortable bed and really excellent views. The front desk staff were lovely and kind. The price was not low but also not extortionate. I must say that breakfast in hotel buffets in Vietnam around the 2tr price point is usually extremely disappointing – however, at this hotel the buffet was really impressive. This is a true plus. They could just improve their coffee a little. Quy Nhon itself is a really great destination. You can find things here that are hard to find in other parts of Vietnam – for example, coastal rocky hikes just 30 minutes' drive away where you will see nobody on the path, nobody trying to sell you anything, breathtaking views, etc.

United KingdomThe room was perfect - great view, clean and big. The pool area was brilliant. Staff were helpful and organised a snorkelling tour for us. The hotel is right on the beach, down at the quiet end of the stretch. We liked this, but some may think it is a bit removed from the more busy area.

VietnamNothing, overall it was a very pleasant stay
The rooms are spacious enough for us and they were very clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. One plus point is that their breakfast changed everyday when we were staying, so there is plenty of options to choose for breakfast. The location might be a bit far from airport but very close to city center and close to many restaurants. We do highly recommend.

FinlandFantastic stay at Sala QuyNhon Beach! This is amazing Hotel, near the beach, friendly staff, great service and fabulous breakfast. It is close to the main beach, very nice neighbourhood, close to local food market, just seconds away from nice cafeterias. Staff spoke excellent English, welcomed me on my arrival with fresh cold towels and welcome drink, room had amazing views to the beach and around beautiful mountainous forests surrounding QuyNhon City. Hotel was perfectly clean, excellent set up with plenty of space for my things and convenient table to do my work on. Every time I entered the Hotel and went out, staff kindly opened me the door, front desk gave me excellent advice on where to visit around QuyNhon like beautiful scenic beaches or local museums. Pool had perfect set up, nice bar, good size pool for rooftop and highest floor restaurant convenient to have lunch and dinner. F&B director kindly asked if we have any special needs. Breakfast was great, buffet with plenty of options for eggs, local dishes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese and coffees.

NetherlandsBrand new, excellent and elegant hotel. The staff is fluent in English. Also a very nice restaurant on the highest floor in which I had a very attentive waiter. If I could spare the time I would've booked another night. Don't miss out on this gem, it's definitely the nicest hotel I've had in Vietnam so far.

UkraineWe originally booked this hotel through Booking.com for 3 nights, but we ended up extending our stay twice for several more nights because we loved it so much. The hotel is new, very clean, and still has the fresh scent of new furniture and renovation. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive – they regularly asked if we were enjoying our stay and if everything was fine. The service felt personal and caring. The breakfasts were amazing – the best I’ve had in my 3 months in Vietnam. There was a large variety of food options for different tastes, and everything was fresh and regularly refilled. I still miss those breakfasts! We chose the sea view suite, and it was the perfect decision. The room had panoramic windows, including in the bathroom, with a breathtaking view. It was hard to look away. The internet was fast, and housekeeping came every day, restocking everything we needed. There was one issue with noisy neighbors at night, but when we called the reception, they quickly solved it. The gym is new and has everything you need for a workout, including water and towels. Even the staff approached us to ask if there was anything they could improve – this really shows how much they care about guests’ experiences. When you enter the hotel, someone opens the door for you and offers you water – small details like this really make it feel more like a five-star hotel than a four-star. There are not many hotels I’d want to return to, but this is definitely one of them. And I must say, the price was very reasonable for such a high-quality, brand-new hotel. At first, we were a bit hesitant because there were only a few reviews, but we’re so glad we took the risk and discovered this gem.
