Great location which minutes away from cable car station. Lots of restaurant nearby, cozy place, new open, room is reasonable with balcony which can see firework, have a more clear view, could go to roof top. Hotel will arrange boogie for guest to go to nearby location for free; Hotel offer free cable car, kiss bridge, water park ticket and airport pickup and drop off, which is a very very plus. Staff is willing to help.

We loved everything !

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at this Japanese style hotel during our time in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The location was excellent – right across from the cable car and nearby other activities with a small 24-hour market conveniently next door. The hotel offered a free ticket to the Sun World Hon Thom cable car, theme park, water park, and the Kiss Bridge. It also offered a free sightseeing tour in the Sunset Town, however we did not take part in it. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was beautiful, with a calm Japanese atmosphere. The soft, adjustable lighting created a pleasant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The bathroom was especially nice. Everything was very clean, new, and functioned as expected. The balcony offered a direct view of the evening fireworks, which was a highlight. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, polite, and genuinely caring. Service was excellent across all touchpoints. Breakfast was small but well prepared. The hotel gym was more than sufficient for a holiday stay. The spa, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, peaceful, and tastefully designed. The spa staff were also polite, skilled, and professional, contributing to a relaxing experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, largely thanks to the consistently high level of service and attention to details. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless holiday. If you appreciate good service, a calm atmosphere, and thoughtful details, this place is your choice.

From the 1st step, the staff is very good. Thanks to Dang who supported us from check-in to check-out. The hotel smells nice from lobby to the room. The location is very good, right in front of the Cable Car so you can just walk. There is a mini mart in the neighbor building and a good restaurant.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to love the service and the Sakura theme is a vibe it’s amazing I would definitely recommend booking there ❤️!! Our balcony view of the nightly fireworks show made the experience even more special. And a big shoutout to the staff, everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

Newly-built hotel equipped with decent amenities. The hotel is located just across from the cable car station that goes to Sunworld park. At night, if you have an ocean view room, you have full view of the fireworks! And also breakfast so great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was truly impressed by my stay! The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks. The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. You need to check in before 3:00 PM to register for the hotel's free cable car service. However, this was clearly communicated by the front desk in advance, so no issues.

Love how close the hotel to the cable car and also provide halal food options for breakfast. The hotel provide free buggy service & tour too to their customer. I booked a City View room, but the added bonus is that I can enjoy the fireworks from the rooftop. This is definitely a plus. Phuong and Kiet at the front desk were excellent. 😍 …

A really nice hotel, free cable car! We had a birthday and the staff left a cute birthday message on the bed. Fireworks looks great from our sea-facing balcony, and the whole hotel smells nice. I really liked the many wall paintings adorning the lobby and restaurant. Great theming throughout the hotel and the staff are all so friendly. All the them are very proactive and some of them speak great English. The free buggy service around sunset town was easy to use and really convenient. The spa was very good as well. We enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area. Hope to come back again!

The location has the best view in Phu Quoc. Very centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was just superb. All of the staff were fluent in English, extremely polite, very professional especially Ms. Me. Ms Me has very a pleasant personality and speaks English eloquently. She was very helpful and extremely professional and was always around. The buggy service, the sunset tour and the cable car were just awesome.

Sakurakyo Hotel has a very unique and beautiful place. They provided free air port pick up and drop. Also provided tickets to cable car. The staff here are very friendly their name is Phuong and Dang, thank you for the housekeeping team for decorating our room. I am so happy and glad to come over to Sakurakyo Hotel during our anniversary and this our first time here. I will definitely come here again.

Honestly such a cute stay!! The location was like.. right in front of that proposal bridge thing, so we got crazy good views of the fireworks at night 😍 Our room looked like a tiny Japnese house, and the balcony had flowers!! Sooo pretty I didn’t wanna leave. Staff were super nice, like genuinely kind and helped w everything. They even took pics for us. They had a buggy (like an elec car) to drive us anywhere in town for freee (yes free!!). Breakfast was yum – that cream puff thing? 10/10 would eat again 😂 Also got free cable car tix (valid after check-in day) and they actually reminded me in advance so I could plan better – love that. Will def come backkk if I go Phu Quoc again!!
