Comentario auténticoEl personal es muy simpático y los tours que ofrecen son buenos y a muy buen precio. Las habitaciones son agradables y se duerme bien.
Las habitaciones están bastante bien, pero las literas podrían ser de mejor calidad, más cómodas y con más intimidad. La ducha de mi habitación funcionaba pero perdía bastante agua por la manguera. Podría estar más limpio.

Por poner alguna queja, pondría que podría estar un poco más limpio, pero por lo demás todo genial, calidad/precio es excepcional.

Comentario auténticoLa habitación con dos camas dobles para una familia de 4 es fantástica. El desayuno en la cocina de la planta plata baja es pequeño, pero te preparan unas tostadas y unos huevos fritos en el momento, que viene muy bien para empezar el día. El personal es muy atento y los tours que preparan al delta del Mekon y otros son buenos.
Hay alguna cucaracha que otra, pero esto es normal en Asia en general.

Even though our hostel doesnt have a lift, however, we have a cozy rooftop on the fourth floor where we organize loads of social activities to connect friends such as Family Cooking Dinners, Free Neighborhood Walking Tours uniquely from our own family to ensure that our guests have a memorable stay . Besides, we also have a small English bookshelf, several sunbathing chairs, and self-serve tea and coffee. As locals in this neighborhood, we always willing to go out of our way to support everybody. Comentario auténticoLa familia que lleva el lugar son muy apasionados sobre su ciudad, barrio y hostal y realmente disfrutan de trabajar cara a cara con los turistas y transmitirles todo sobre HMC.
La cama podría ser un poquito más cómoda para mi gusto. Pero igualmente recomendaría el alojamiento a más personas.

Comentario auténticoSolo me alojé una noche, alojamiento tranquilo, silencioso, limpio, amplio, pocas habitaciones en cada planta, con facilidad de servicios cerca del hostel. Hay un mercado de comida en la calle del al lado. El personal amable y muy pendiente de ti, me resolvieron todas las cuestiones que tenía. Desayuno correcto. Organizan bastantes actividades, visitas y excursiones a las que te puedes apuntar sobre la marcha.
El acceso al hostel y a las habitaciones tiene muchas escaleras (tenerlo en cuenta para maletas grandes y/o pesadas). El hostel está lejos del centro, aunque tiene buena comunicación. No hay casas de cambio de moneda cerca del hotel.

Even though our hostel has a minor inconvenience of some stairs but our team members are fully supportive and always willing to go out of our ways to carry our guests luggages up and down for our guest best convenience. Regarding the far distance from the city center, we are well located right in the center of the local area of district 4 which is also well-known as the streetfood heaven.
