Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaThe location could be described as a quieter area since it is two blocks from the beach (and further up the beach from some of the large beachfront hotels) but there were still plenty of nice cafes and restaurants closeby in the various side streets and is a vibe for someone that doesn't want to stay at one of the mega hotels right on the beach in the noisy tourist district of da nang.
this boutique hotel has an unique design that blends indoor with outdoor and gives off a blended with nature vibe. The property seems to be fairly new and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of natural light coming into the room during the day thanks to the large glass sliding doors in the room. Since this is a fairly small hotel the breakfast options were a few basic items out for guests to help themselves to and then a la carte from the cafe on the bottom floor of the hotel free of charge which included banh mi's and smoothie bowls which were delicious. The infinity pool was small (understandable given the size of hotel) but was clean and set to a comfortable temperature. The staff were extremely attentive (including nathan who frequently checked in with us via whatsapp) and tried their best to accomodate all our requests (and in the case they could not accommodate give us free drinks from the cafe). The beach was also two blocks away on the same street and had a nice park area surrounding, it seemed the street leads to one of the main spots to swim along the beach.

United KingdomWe recently stayed at this truly gorgeous hotel, but what made our experience exceptional was the incredible service provided by one particular member of staff – Nathan from customer services. From the moment we arrived, Nathan went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests were evident in every interaction. No request was too much trouble, and he consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Nathan's attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on us. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about what they do. He truly embodies the highest standard of hospitality, and we are eternally grateful for everything he did to make our stay so special. Thanks to Nathan, what was already a wonderful hotel experience became unforgettable. We hope the management recognizes what an asset he is to their team. We’ll definitely be returning – and it’s largely because of the amazing service we received from him. Thank you, Nathan – you are a star!

Saha Casa is a little oasis of calm & the beautiful garden environment is a lovely retreat after the heat & chaos of the city. The crew are wonderful, Trinh & John always there to make you comfortable. But Nathan, well he was born to spread joy. Juggling a thousand things at once he always seems calm. He gave me a helping hand to resolve an important situation, for which he’ll always have my gratitude.

United StatesThe lobby was dirty, the room had a nice balcony that couldn’t be enjoyed because it was facing the back of a building. The pool area was small, only a couple of chairs available. No restaurant on site.
It was affordable, and the hotel’s staff was very nice.

SpainCan’t describe with words what did I like in this hotel. The place is stunning, very relax and thoughtful in every detail. From the comfortable beds to the feet treatment bowls that they place in your room for when you returned knackered from visiting. All the staff were very helpful and kind always with a smile. The breakfast was yummy and drinks were very tasty. I can’t thank enough Nathan for his help and his kindness.

We absolutely loved our stay at Saha Boutique. In a city filled with large hotel complexes that often lack personality, this boutique hotel stands out as a real gem. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautifully designed rooms that are light, spacious, and full of character. The shower was fantastic, and the entire space felt thoughtfully curated. Special thanks to the receptionist Nathan, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible—nothing was too much trouble for him. The breakfast was also a highlight, especially the delicious smoothie bowls. We would absolutely recommend Saha Boutique to anyone looking for a more personal and authentic stay in Da Nang
