The room was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient with big suitcases. Also the walls were quite thin as you could hear your neighbors pretty well. There is construction going on next door so you might hear that early in the morning.

Hotel was in good location, short walk from old town. Breakfast was ordered night before via WhatsApp to Tuan the owner and there was plenty of choice. He helped with laundry, taxis and getting tickets for a show and gave us other recommendations. Small pool to use if you wanted to after the heat of the day

The room is very small unfortunately and it was a challenge with 2 luggages. We understand that it was due to certain building restrictions and regulations, but it would probably be more comfortable for a single person’s accommodation. Regardless, the room and bathroom are nicely furnished.

Outstanding heartfelt service by owner Tuan who was so welcoming, took care of all our requests promptly, and made really wonderful arrangements for the car transfers and tours. Our stay there was like a cosy home experience. The property is just a short walk to the old town and what’s great is that it’s on a quieter side so you get a more peaceful night’s rest.

There are some (closed and locked) doors in between mine and the other apartment on the same floor, so I could hear other guests taking shower. All in all, they were respectful so it wasn’t an issue during night.

Unique and beautiful hotel in Hoi An! The room is exactly as in photos - it was a really nice surprise. The host is very welcoming and kind, he arranged me transport to the Da Nang airport with a good price too. Location is great as it’s very close to Hoi An old town but at the same time not directly in it so I could sleep well as it wasn’t very noisy. Breakfast is nice too.

The room is not small but with the super king bed I have no more space to put my big luggage bag. Soundproof is poor I can hear loud karaoke opposite the hotel, luckily it stopped before I went to bed.

Unfortunately, I saw some tiny ants in my part of the room, I think they were from the kitchen below me. My friend didn't see any. Buy I've just lived in Vietnam several months and seen them a lot, so I wasn't shocked but would be happier not to see them at all

Everything was great

The place is clean and near to the old town. It is also newly renovated which means it’s much cleaner and less humid compared to other properties near the area. We did not order breakfast but it was raining in the morning, the hotel manager went out to help us to buy breakfast from the famous banh mi store nearby. Super nice staff and good service.

It was a small cozy boutique hotel that felt more like a warm homestay. Tuan the owner was extremely delightly and accomodating to all our needs going out of his way to help for everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a warm cozy budget friendly place to stay . The location is amazing too.

Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The rooms are neat and clean but what really made this hotel stand out is the owner Tuan! He was there for us at any time and helped us arrange some very fun activities during our stay! Thanks Tuan! The location is also perfect, walking distance from the old town and lots of restaurants but yet a bit more quite than staying directly in the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

1. The room is actually quite small; however it's okay for solo traveler like me. 2. The location is not in the middle of the old town but it's still walkable & they do have bicycles. 3. They don't have a dining area so breakfast is served in the room.

Thank you Tuan, you make my stay in Hoi An a memorable one and the knowledge that we learned from each other. 2. The 'boutique' vibe of the hotel; pretty and just nice. Also the elevator; it's a very important criteria for a 'seasoned' traveler like me. 3. Free Netflix with English subtitles under the guests account! Bingeing on my K-drama whenever I was lounging on the bed.
