The fact that I had to share my balcony but because it was hot and humid, I just stayed in my room.

Its location in Hoi An, the very friendly and ever ready to assist staff, the delicious made to order breakfast and most importantly, the views of the river from my room. The fact that it is a home stay made me feel at home with Ruby being such a gracious host.

Awesome staff ... Greeted by Ruby on arrival. She told me everything I needed to know about hoi an. Where not to go. And how to navigate the night markets Breakfast is amazing!! Can't fault it at all. Rooftop pool with amazing views. Decided to stay extra 3 nights... Definitely come stay if your here in Hoi an!!

As much as we love the thrill of life. Being an auld fell a 51. I did jump on alot of the scooters(small little motorcyles, bikes) 🤣. But, me back now hurts bad 😬😬..Ouch 🤣🤣 But the pain to be welcomed by an amazing family establishement and directed to authentic Vietnam...Was worth it 10 fold .

Smashing atmosphere, thats down to the amazing family who are so down to earth, who all gives awesome service. Authentic, honest and without adoubt this is Vietnam. Booked 25 m2 room but were put in a 10 m2 room. On our complaint they shifted us to 16 m2 room and still not 25 M2.

Generally the rooms are upgraded.

This was a lovely accommodation in Hoi An. The family were so kind and generous and helped us in any way that they could. The room was a lovely size and the location is ideal as it’s very close to the water yet far enough to not hear the loud music from the pubs.

Lein was great. She helped arrange transportation from the airport, greeted us with cold bottled water and a map of Old Town. The rooms were great and very affordable. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit inconvenient that the taxi couldn’t reach the property the last day we stayed in there due to a neighbor’s funeral commemoration taking place on the narrow street. The street was used as a seating area for visiting guests, which we completely understand and respect. Hopefully, the access will be easier next time if the street is widened a little.

The location is right in the center of Hoi An, just a few steps from the ancient houses, cafés, and restaurants. We booked a river view room, and it was so peaceful to enjoy the view from the balcony in the early morning. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, including fresh juice and dessert. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This will definitely be our first choice if we visit Hoi An again.
