All the staff made us feel as if we were family. The front of house manager looked after us particularly well, checking on our comfort, providing local knowledge for restaurants and attractions and helping us to book transport and tours.

Only thing is the heat of the slabs and tiling around the pool from the sun… really hot on the feet and perhaps some rubber or reed type mats (or artificial lawn even) would help - but otherwise excellent in every way

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Its location was right on the river and is absolutely beautiful. Very close to the town and lots of gorgeous restaurants. The staff were fantastic and the hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are large. Food and drinks are gorgeous and we highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked an attic room, so 3 stories high, no problem with the stairs, 61 of, just wished we had something to sit on the balcony, stools were shown on booking.com, the view is awesome and it would be really nice to just sit and watch it.

Beautiful property, excellent location out of the busiest of the town, on the riverside so fantastic views. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room was big, clean and well looked after. Loi was brilliant will communication before and during the stay excellent recommendations and always available on WhatsApp. Water was equally as lovely very caring and attentive. Highly recommend.

No lifts, so if you can't do stairs, this isn't the hotel for you. The bed was very, very firm.

A lovely boutique hotel right on the river. The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful. They organised tours for us, recommended fantastic restaurants and a tailor. The room was huge, clean with good aircon (which is a must), good WiFi and the towels were changed daily. The breakfast was very good and you can eat on the terrace overlooking the river. The location is great, just a 5 min walk to the centre of the Old Town. I'd highly recommend a room with a balcony and river view.

Didn't realise a few of the snacks in the room were chargeable. The 4% credit card surcharge was a shock. However these were very minor issues. Overall our stay was great!

Friendly and very helpful staff made our stay so pleasant. Great location, walking into old town, watching boats and lanterns on the river. Spotlessly clean, esp the pool. Good breakfast options.

We stayed at 7 hotels on our Vietnam trip and this was our favourite. Loved the riverside location, Loved the size of the hotel. Loved how clean it was, it was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely. The entire team there are great. We could not fault this hotel one bit. LOVED IT and will recommend to everyone going to Vietnam

This property would have to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Every single aspect of the stay was perfect. Amazing staff as well. I have personally never swam in a cleaner pool and the gardens and surroundings are impeccable.

Loved everything about this hotel - riverside location, bedroom, breakfast, pool, cleanliness. The staff were exceptional, very kind, friendly and helpful at all times. We availed of the free bikes to go to An Bang Beach and Thuy kindly booked a cookery course for us at very short notice. It was a joy to watch the beautifully lit lantern boats pass by every night. Highly recommend this hotel’s peaceful location, only a short riverside walk (10 mins) to the busy centre. Thank you to Loi and the team!

We stayed at this hotel during the low season and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal — just outside the busy center, which made it peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to walk or get to everything easily. The pool was great — clean and quiet, perfect for a refreshing dip during the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight — a generous spread with fresh, tasty options that set us up perfectly for the day. All in all, a lovely stay and great value. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe just outside the hustle and bustle.

We liked everything but bear in mind there are no lifts if you have mobility issues

Our room on the 1st floor was super spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent with a choice of eggs, fruits and spreads. Cute little communal pool which we didn’t use but was nice to look at. Our room view was amazing overlooking the river and you could see the lantern boats going back and forth. Quiet location as was 10-15mins walk from the Old Town which we preferred. Staff was so friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend.
