All was nice

Very lovely host, super helpful! The room was ok, smelled nice. It's close to the beach, grab to the old town costs about 65k dong, so very little. You can rent a bike for 40k dong per day, it was working well. The host offered us a trip including cooking class, lantern making, coconut boat ride with a discount, it was great, cheaper than at get your guide. Breakfasts were tasty. Best homestay in Vietnam so far.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Hoi An. The location is in walking distance of the beach and is a quieter part of Hoi A than the hustle and bustle of the Ancient Town, which I preferred. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful despite the language barriers and treated me as if I was a member of their family. I highly recommend this homestay for anybody planning to visit Hoi An. For anybody that plans to stay here, note that the location in Google Maps is incorrect and is a couple blocks off. The owners are trying to fix it, but Google is being problematic. If you are using Booking.com, Agoda, or Grab, use the location in the app itself or use the following address that the owners gave me: “TRƯƠNG SA TÂN THỊNH CẨM AN HỘI AN QN. ĐN”. I’ve also attached a photo of Google Maps showing the actual location compared to where Google Maps claims it is.

They don’t give toiletries other than a tissue paper, need to bring ones own shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush!

The breakfast was really good, the beaches are walking distance. Property is clean and the caretaker is very friendly and helpful.

They didn’t have any bicycles for rent, but that’s just a minor inconvenience! Free filtered water would have been nice, but it was only 5k and she gave me a cold bottle every time. No major complaints at all.

Super close to the beach, delicious free breakfast and coffee every morning, staff was helpful and booked me a super affordable bus ticket and let me stay after check in while I waited for the evening bus. Bed was comfy. Place was very clean and guests were quiet and considerate. Dorm room only has 6 beds.

Such a lovely stay here! The best hosts I’ve had in my whole 5 weeks of being in vietnam, really attentive, spoke amazing English, checked in on me and cooked me delicious food upon request for a really good price. The meds were comfortable and the area so peaceful with a great view. I would recommend this place to everyone going to Hoi An

Aircon in the room slightly missed the single bed but was fine if you were in the double, and didnt have a remote to adjust temperature.

Owners were extremely helpful and friendly, they booked us a coconut boat tour and picked us up on motorbikes to take us to and from the river. They also provided other trips and you could book your bus through them and the bus could pick you up from the hostel. Central location, easy to get a grab car or bike to the centre. Highly recommended to other travellers

In early 2024, we returned to River Park Homestay with new friends. After the years of Covid 19, we felt like we were back with our wonderful, beloved family after days away, with wonderful impressions. After that, we went into the kitchen to cook delicious food together, toasted and welcomed the new year The landscape in front of us was a river connecting to Cua Dai beach, so poetic, we watched the calm sun In the garden, the flower pots we once cultivated and watered are now blooming with colorful flowers. Oh ! so beautiful The surroundings are clean, inside and out, cool, peaceful, precious, and very comfortable. We continued to invite each other to An Bang beach, 5 minutes walk to the "Private beach area" Oh! The feeling was so exciting, the waves were so peaceful, the sea was so clean, we made sand mountains and compressed statues together. It was very rewarding for a short vacation, we didn't want to leave River Park, sorry we had a schedule but it's okay we will return to this place.

Beautiful property run by a super lovely and good-natured family. Tuan and his father were so chill and welcoming on my arrival, it’s like I was their cousin. And Lan is so energetic and cheerful. I really wish I could stay longer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here next time. I booked the 2nd floor private room with its own private balcony, strong aircon, towel included and Lan changed my sheets on night 2 even though I only booked 3 nights. Ridiculously good value. Filtered water refill 5k/bottle, bicycle hire 30k/day. Breakfast is a lovely egg banh mi cooked with love by Lan. Excellent location between the beach and Hoi An central. 🤍

It's a bit hot outside in Hoi An in August.

Wow, I had such an incredible stay here. Super close to a very private beach, and also right on a river. The room and bathroom are clean as can be. I had such a great time getting to know this family and they were so kind to me. Also they took me to all of my fittings in town at the tailor for free. 2 nights is plenty of time to get things made at the tailor, and they recommend me one that did exceptional work and weren't pushy at all. Try the cooking lessons! Your sure to have a good time.

The family who run the property are exceptionally nice and welcoming. They will do everything to make you stay comfortable. Great location in Cam An, very close to the beach with beautiful views of the river - close enough to the beach bars but very quiet and peaceful in the homestay! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean and the A/C works well.
