We had a perfect stay at the Risemount it was our second time and we will be back again! Great breakfast, great pool and great cocktails :) Leona was amazing and made sure our stay was wonderful and always checked in making sure everything was great! We bought my parents along this time and they are ready to go back already! Best place to stay in Da Nang!

Smelled very clean and was a beautiful building. Lieu provided great service as did the rest of the staff. They were all so helpful!

Would have been nice if the restaurant where breakfast was served had of done other meals.

Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant was only a small menu at the poolside. Room was nice and roomy and right beside the ground pool. Nice big pool. Very handy location, shops and eatery places right across the street. Short walk to the beach.

Spacious spaces throughout. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. I used the gym room, was adequate. The main pool area is so so so nice. Feels like you're away from everything, even though you're not. Staff were always accommodating and pleasant. I will be back. Highly recommend!!

The location was a couple of blocks back from the beach, which is reflected in the very reasonable room rate. The 2 hotel pools were great with the rooftop pool being a bit more quiet (less kids). Beds were comfy, breakfast was fine.

Our rooms were not close together. Therefore we had to walk some distance to get to our children. Also the towels at the pool were not always readily available.

The staff really does its best to make your stay great. They all speak English pretty well. The breakfast is fantastically. The two pools are refreshing. The hotel is clean and well organized.

What a beautiful place to stay! The staff so helpful and kind, the day spa was excellent and the food was fantastic. Comfy bed, lots of pillows, close to the beach and so many restaurants around. We will be back and bring our kids next time!

The food from the restaurant was disappointing. Burger, pizza, and club sandwich were all poor quality. Maybe just a one off, but not sure The upstairs pool feels neglected and doesn’t add much compared to the main pool A couple of items went missing from our rooms (medicine and a keycard), which was concerning

The carpet and passageways in the hotel were very smelly and really let down the standard of the rest of the hotel which was very good

The pool and cabanas were excellent and we also used the rooftop pool just about felt like our own private pool. , breakfast was great with lots of options All the staff were extremely helpful.

Some of the staff need to improve their English however the Google translations does help.

Staff were very friendly especially Olia (Oanh), Leona and Kenny. They are very accommodating and make us feel at home. Hotel is I good location. Breakfast was excellent, many choices from salad to international and local food. Bed was so comfortable. Did not managed to try the swimming pool on the ground floor however we use the one on the 4th which is a good size and quieter.

Location is fantastic. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and very helpful staff. Overall very good value for money. Not as luxurious as some of the places we have stayed in Vietnam but the price reflects this.

Great hotel with a Mediterranean feel about it. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfasts were very good. There are 2 pools 1 rooftop and the other ground level. 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of restaurants, cafes close by. Would stay here again.
