The fridge could have been turned on and have some drinks in there so if customers want to purchase the drinks at least they are cold! Bedside table has small bugs every now and then.

Location is centralised and close to restaurants; room size and bathroom size are reasonable; breakfast wasn’t bad.

Lack of maintance, blown lights, food was not good in room service, breakfast was just adaquite. You have been catering for westerners for years yet you havn't learnt what they expect.

It's pleasant enough, but could do with a little maintenance. Comfortable bed, good wifi. Buffet breakfast ok. Underground garage was good for storing my bicycle. Post check out luggage storage also good feature.

Breakfast should be bit better for international visitors. Public Beach should be cleaned. Sea water was dirty with a lot rubbish.

Very friendly staff, great location right in the heart of front beach. They upgraded me for free but stick with original room because it had a balcony. Room cleaned and sheets changed daily, breakfast was very good as long as you got there before 9. Loads of choices including bacon and sausages, fresh omelette and eggs, salads and soups toast and fruit and cakes. Nice tea and coffee and fresh juice. Lovely big swimming pool with free towels. I was there over the tet holiday and was invited as a special guest to sister hotel to watch the fireworks, free buffet and beers all night. I also rented a scooter from reception. Very cheap and decent bike. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to speak of.

Once we found a receptionist who could also speak english, our experience was very good. We needed to change rooms because we needed walk-in showers, and that was no problem. When we were advised that our Booking.com transport back to Ho Chi Minh city had been cancelled arbitrarily at the last minute, the receptionist organised a local vehicle instantly - full marks for this.

The breakfast items got refilled very slowly. I don't believe the teas, coffee and fruit juice do get refilled so early is better

safe deposit box should be fixed to a hard/heavy surface, balcony needs something like chairs and a table, at the moment nothing.......

breakfast has eggs and bacon ,rooms are being repainted it needs new carpet also, when i come back next year hopefully it will look like new. French restaurant around the corner is very good. but you must see within walking distance is the museum of worldwide arms, it has a/c inside.

There are no mattresses on the sun lounge and the pool staff are very keen to ensure that each guest only accesses one pool towel (so are we expected to lie on a wooden sun lounge? There is no outdoor furniture on the balcony - so we have a gorgeous view and no seating to enjoy it ??

The pool is great, the view is superb, breakfast is lovely and our suite was very clean. The staff are exceptional - so helpful and professional.

Rooms and bathrooms need to be updated very old fashioned and mismatching colours. The carpets need replacing.

The pool was very nice and the room was fine. We had a sea view room with balcony which was great. Unfortunately the rooms are really dated although the bed was comfortable and pillows were perfect. Breakfast was very good with a large variety.

Noisy from land behind hotel , building work when trying to lie in , but all the locals get up early and go about their business , doors other other guests when shut slam , could do with more soundproofing
