My wife and I first went to the Red Flower Cottages a decade ago and had always loved our stay. We decided to plan a trip to Vietnam just to revisit An Bang beach and the Red Flower Cottages, and it was just as lovely as we had remembered. Kim's hospitality is second to none, the rooms are romantic and cozy, and the breakfast is phenomenal. We loved our stay. Thank you for hosting us once again!

Everything… just everything. Rooms, the owner and all staff members were very friendly and very nice breakfast., close to the Beach and a very cozy street in An Bang. Nice restaurant and just the entire area very plesant. Highly recommend this place.

This was like paradise. The hotel gave us the opportunity to relax on our spacious and charming terrace and in the very pleasant and clean rooms. The people are extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is homemade, very diverse and according to your own wishes. They were very flexible with nearly everything. For instance, while officially breakfast was between 8 and 10, we could as well have breakfast at about 6.45, just before going to scubadiving. We have just started our trip throughout Vietnam, but this might be the best hotel of the holidays.

Everything was perfect ! Way more authentic than any hotel or big resort around. We stayed twice here in our stay in Hoi An - 6 nights in total between a stop at Cham Island. We were so happy to be back and felt right at home. No question asked, we will come back for sure ! Everything is neat and comfy, nothing pretentious but everything is just easy and flowing.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything ! The place is beautiful, cute and spacious. You stay in your own cottage giving you independence (storage, bathroom, kitchen, terrace, little outback garden with cold shower). 1min walk from the main street of this side of town with all shop - restaurants - bar - atm - massage. Beach access is 3 min down the road. The team, Kim, Lily and the night guy are absolutely amazing ! Down to earth kind and welcoming, making sure everything is smooth for you to relax and enjoy. Little details here and there are making you feel looked after. Always here to help and assist. We will choose this place a million time over an hotel around. Stay here, try their homemade breakfast, feel close to local culture, go to the early marker next door and enjoy. Thanks again Team.

The beach was a short walk from homestay. The staff were exceptional and kind especially Lili who looked after us when we were ill. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. Breakfast had variety to choose from and was of good quality.

Amazing little place. Kim and Nhu looked after us so well. Very comfortable, clean. There was a very friendly staff member who lit a mozzie coil outside our room every evening at dusk. Great breakfast of muesli, coffee, juice Great location, minutes away from beach and many fab restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely little cottage!

We loved our stay here. the cottages are nice, with a beautiful patio to spend time outside. Just a few minutes from the beach and 15 minutes by motorbike from Hoi An. Kim and her staff were super stars. The night gard, too, was a really friendly guy. Even though he didn't speak English, he managed to always help us. They were all always available to assist us. with laundry, motorbike, transportation, and excursions. Kim suggested an amazing bike tour, which was really an amazing experience for us.

Red Flower cottages was a perfect stay. We had the upstairs room with the balcony looking over a lemongrass and banana field which was so lovely in the afternoon and morning light. The room was really comfortable with good shower pressure. The staff were super lovely and helpful. The bed was very comfortable also. Each day we ordered breakfast for the following day and it was really lovely. The location was amazing for both access to the beach and the lovely eateries near by. You can also hire a bike for a short ride into the rice fields which was really lovely. I can’t recommend it enough.

Very cute cottages and grounds. Staff went above and beyond! Kim was amazing! So helpful in suggesting so many things to do and helping organise. The breakfast was divine! Perfect location - the beach was 2 mins away. Could not recommend anymore!!

We had an amazing stay - Kim and the team were exceptionally friendly and helpful and they really made the stay memorable! Our room was upgraded which was a fantastic surprise - the room was clean and spacious, with the addition of a private kitchen joining the room. The outdoor area was very comfortable and peaceful and it was a bonus that the breakfast was brought to your room each day. The breakfast choice was large, and we enjoyed sampling something different each day - we enjoyed everything! The Cottages are a 2 minute walk from the beach, and a stone's throw from many restaurants and bars. We can't wait to come back!

Cozy and welcoming homestay 100m from the beach right in An Bang town on the main street with cafes, restaurants, minimarts and massages. Clean and comfortable. The very best part was Kim, who made our trip fantastic by helping with any information, rentals or bookings we needed. Her hospitality sense is unmatched. She really made the stay special. Very easy to bike or motor scooter to Hoi An - we loved being able to visit Hoi An as much as we wanted, but then retreat to our little beach town for bed and then breakfast. Be sure to get clothes and shoes made when you are in Hoi An, it's a fun experience and perfect fitting for a low price!

The only recommendation would have been in our room, one of the plug sockets was disattached from the wall when we removed our charging devices so that could be replaced. Apart from that everything was perfect!

We were greeted with a welcoming smile and introduction about the area from the owner, Kim, who is a local who has lived in the surrounding area for many years. She was incredibly helpful with telling us local places to eat and drink, she also upgraded our room for no additional fee which was amazing. The room was massive and everything worked and the location of the accommodation was so close to the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed!

Nothing, really lovely comfortable stay

Beautiful accommodation, we had the apartment style but they all looked similar from what I could see. Loads of luscious plants around and all felt very private and not overlooking other people. Very comfortable terraces with daybeds to lounge. We stayed im January and it rained a few times so we couldn’t enjoy the beach which is a hundred or so metres away but it was still rainy season and definitely not cold by our British standard. Really nice vibey area with great bars and restaurants and only a ten minute taxi to old town. Varied and delicious breakfast menu, good selection of cheap snacks and beers in the fridge. Kim is so nice and had great recommendations for the area. Having stayed in the middle of Hoi An, A Bang is a peaceful getaway in a really nice area with great restaurants, spas and a morning market of you can wake up in time!

This place is really beautiful, super close to the beach and with nice restaurants around. Kim and all the staff there are really kind & welcoming. She gave us great food recommendation and helped us with our transfer and activities. The rooms are very nice, cosy & quiet. We loved it and would definitely recommend!
