The property is aging and is starting to show. But still comfortably accommodating. . Further my suite only had a tv in the living area and not in the bedroom

Property is convenient to the beach and not next to loud traffic. The value for the room was excellent including a buffet breakfast. The Pho and eggs cooked to order were good.

The location was down the end of a long narrow lane but OK

The breakfast was only OK. There was only Asian selections No cereal with fruit yogurt and milk. And no marmalade or jam for the toast.

The housekeeping is too loud and a bit weird. They took my toothbrush :( but they are nice enough to give new one . Also some days they forgot to give us small towels and mat to put it near washroom. The shower from washroom was leaking to the main room which was a bit disappointing. Also we can hear everything outside so not sound proof.

The room was nice and the hotel was very close to sea and has all the amenities around the area like food, money exchange, supermarket etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. They give water and coffee everyday which was quite nice. They have weight machine at the reception to weight the suitcase and a good parking lot to park rental bike. They also can book cab to airport if required.

The first morning we went for our free breakfast, they would only let one person in for free which was annoying. The receptionist did change it for the next day but still... The breakfast quality had dropped significantly. No cereal and hence no milk for coffee, just some super sweet, thick condensed stuff. No more toast bread, just thin stuff and even that was cut into halves and no preserves either. Ok breakfast if you're a rabbit. I only went to breakfast once as it was so poor, as was the WiFi, a complete waste of time. They advertise a free airport shuttle but don't have that service and also late check out but that isn't available either.

We stayed at this hotel last year and I gave it a 9/10. Our room was really good, constant high pressure hot water was great and the aircon worked fine. Huge balcony on our king suite with nice table and chairs and a nice ocean view. (Room 806). The reception staff were really good and helpful too.

They need to be honest with the room that was booked. We booked for room with balcony & living room + sofa (King Suite) but when we check in they gave us a room without living room + sofa. When I asked, the staff told me to cancel my booking and rebooked the room and will refund us but at the same time he said the hotel is fully booked. I felt disappointed. I didn’t cancel the room and we just stayed there for 2 nights.

The room is nice and the view from balcony is overlooking Vinpearl. One of the receptionist (lady) very helpful guiding us around.

Irish, visited June 2025. Good location, laundrette & spas on same street. Great access to the beach. Staff were unwilling when we asked for extra towels. Rooftop pool is nice very windy and could be made look nicer. We didn’t have breakfast, rooms are grand beds comfy but a bit out dated

There was an exit door with a bright green exit sign in our room that we couldn’t turn off, we ended up just having to cover it with a towel which was annoying. We booked a room with balcony and there wasn’t really one… it was tiny with no view at all. The pool was also alright but wasn’t looked after and was quite dirty but was still fine and good to cool off

Loved the location of this property! Very central to everything in Nha Trang. The room was very clean and looked after and was such good value for money. Staff were very accommodating- we had a sleeper bus that left at 8pm after we had to check out. We approached staff and they were able to offer us a smaller room for the rest of the day at a 300,000 VND charge which was so lovely to have instead of not being able to relax in a room and shower etc

The bathroom had a sliding door and it was quite loud when sliding, so had to avoid it at night to not wake up my roommate. And its not soundproof so you can hear conversations from the hall and loud noises outside

Breakfast wasn’t great, hardly any options, we didn’t end up going back the next day. Staff weren’t as friendly other places we had been. Only thing that our balcony was missing was a table

The balcony we had was awful, it wasn’t really a balcony and it had bars on it. The balcony was behind someone else balcony. We didn’t like this at all

Slippery floor in the bathroom, when wet. Rubber mat would be useful. Would be nice to have the stands for our suitcases. They were on the floor otherwise.

Excellent value for money hotel, considering we paid $38AU per day for a King suite room, breakfast included. Hotel is the city center, but in the small alley, so no traffic noise in the morning. A few min waking to the beach. Basic rooms, not much of a storage but the bed was extremely comfortable which was very important as we were staying for 10 days. There was a sofa in a Kings sute. No sofa in other types of rooms. There was a safe in the room. Breakfast is a little bit basic, steamed vegetables, couple of salads, fried rice, noodles, fruits, can book eggs and nice soup, plus good Vietnamese coffee. I would eat soup every morning, it was so nice. Nice friendly cafe opposite the hotel, with nice food and cold beer, and they do money exchange as well in the cafe. Overall my expectations were exceeded for the price we paid. Will stay again, if returned.

Great location, room good size, small balcony ( no seating or anything on it though) shower & bathroom good, air con good, down a littlealley street with several other hotels, roof top infinity pool - water way too cold so didn't use, lots shops and eateries opposite - one especially the food was Excellent! Close to beach, night market, food places, shops, and really cool bar couple streets away full of old motorbikes & has live music -( Palm Villa ) very clean promenade and beach, very busy at sunrise which is Spectacular! Wouldn recommend
