Need new fresh paint as some parts of the building and gate stained. Sofa could have been larger for a family villa of 4 bedrooms. There should be an outdoor shower for easy washing after swimming in the pool or after coming back from the beach with feet covered with sand. The villa could have done with more interior design touches to elevate the experience.

Close enough to the convenience but just far enough from the busy and crowded area. Spacious and good functional layout villa. Garden and plants around the estate are well kept

We loved everything about or stay here. It was luxurious, pristinely clean, very well managed and just the relaxation we were looking for. It’s worth the splurge! We actually spent more time hanging out in the resort than anticipated, it was just so nice. Our accomodation was spectacular, well finished and maintained. The nautica bar is fantastic for the view and location, drinks are food are excellent quality and well priced. Breakfast is a sumptuous feast, it’s hard to decide! Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s only a 15min Grab to town. Our family had a wonderful experience here.

All rooms in the villa has to access via a stairs. Not very friendly for the elderly. Would suggest that they install railings on walls for the 1st floor room.

The staff was fantastic. The guest relation lady Hani service was top notch. She help us to plan, book and make reservation for our meals and attractions. One of the best guest relation I’ve ever encounter. The pool and private beach was also well maintained.

Although there is a shoes rack outside on the patio, your shoes might get wet when it rains. In the bathrooms, it would be more convenient to have more places to hang bath robs, towels and clothing

Staffs are exccelent, very attentive and quick in responses. The villa pool is also great. Rooms are spacious with big bath rooms. The villa is sutable for a longer stay with well equiped kitchen.

The resort was very clean and green. Facilities was very well kept. The in-house concierge Ms Hani was top notch. Her services was 6 star rating. Her advice and recommendations for food and attraction was excellent. This “butler” services was so much better than any other resort we been to. Kudos to her and the team.

The place was undergoing renovations, and we were never informed about this: not before booking, not while booking, not when checking in. We just found out through noise and closed-off areas.

Great place overall, nice beach, good facilities, etc. Highlight: the staff always ready to go above and beyond to make us fell taken care of.

The pool bar was pretty awful. Service was slow, and they constantly ran out of things. Despite being an accor member, I had to show my card every time I bought something rather than it being adjusted at the end. Had to pay a large "deposit" to be allowed to charge anything to the room. This was refunded on check out, but it seemed a clunky way to do things. There were only 2 cups in a villa for 6 people, so had to ask for more. Lots of small frustrations that detracted from the stay, unfortunately.

Spacious villa, lovely beach, main pool all excellent. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The private pool was very handy. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good and the service was excellent.

I had booked this property expecting world class service , however despite all the flaunted facilities , this property lacked heart or what I would call guest centric service. We booked a villa for 5 people, including one child. Usually an extra bed for under 18 is free, but this property asked for US$90 per night. We paid up for that, but it turns out these were 4 bedroom villas with 2 bedrooms locked up. We asked them to give us an additional room instead given they couldn’t be used anyway. This request was grudgingly acceded to. Next came drinking water, it turns out property provides only 9 bottles of 0.5ml water everyday , after that it’s chargeable. In a high end 5 star property, with over SGD600 rent per night in Vietnam, we expected water to be provided gratis (we stayed in Hoi An just before this stay and water was provided gratis). Next came preparation of villa, there was no handsoap, some key utensils and dishes needed in a self sufficient kitchen were missing like pans, spatula , water glasses etc. We asked for these , the staff provided but only after checking through the closets themselves. This left us with the feeling that there were trust issues. In a guest centric property, management would’ve approached us to understand the issues. Last but not the least, towels and water were not replenished till we asked them in evenings after being out all day. The cleaning we were told happens once in 48 hours, though clean towels and water is provided everyday. However this was not happening automatically. Overall my expected cleanliness levels of a 5 star hotel were not met. We are intrepid travelers and have extensive experience of staying in different properties across the world, and this property did not meet those benchmarks for us. These instances took away from what could have been a truly 5 star stay , worthy of 8 or 9 stars on ratings. On plus side the property is breathtaking with an excellent breakfast spread and infinity pool.

They gave a normal villa. It did not have a sea view. In stead of calling it as “ garden view”…. They call it as “ sea access villa” and charge 20% more approximately. They trick n cheat . Staff at the reception are not friendly n not helpful. Have no knowledge
