The owner is very kind. He helped me with the booking of the bus to HCM. The old lady around was also very nice. I rented motorbike from their place.

It’s central, was very clean and we had a smooth check in. The shower took a while to get warm but the bathroom was also good.

Suitable location. Walking distance to the night market. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The owners were really friendly and helpful. They understand English. They even rent motorbikes and scooters. The fuel we need to fill by ourselves, but there is a fuel station nearby. Kettle can be requested from the owner.

We stayed there 3 nights and every morning around 6.30/7am there was someone screaming, adults and children. The shower wasn’t hot, neither cold but for the weather there should be a lot more hot.

The place is clean, the bed is comfortable and the people are nice and welcoming. They came every day to change the towels. They rent the scooter for a very good price.

1. When we checked in, the toilet paper (in the metal holder) was all wet. I had to dry it for a couple of days while using my own. I don't know how they even managed to drench it like this: even accidentally, it would have been hard. 2. There was noise from a nearby karaoke one evening. But it was only one evening, and they stopped at 10 p.m. anyway.

Very basic quiet room. Good for sleeping. Vegetearian buffet restaurant next door. City center within walking distance. Firendly staff. Suits ver well my needs. I have been here before and will come again.

Basic room with all you need for sleeping. Comfortable bed and very quiet location near the city center. There is a lovely vegetarian buffer restaurant just across the road. Nice park, river, shops, restaurants, bars, public transport all are withing walking distance.

Light sleepers beware: Neighbors’ dogs bark randomly thruout the whole day and night (also rooster) Smell sensitive beware: Like so many hotels and houses in tropical weather, there is smell of mold and mold on the walls. Most people dont care, some cannot even smell it but I do!

It would help to have “clean room/ do not disturb” signs for the doors. Each morning we were woken up at 9:30am by the cleaner to be given fresh towels, this is great but when you work into the early hours of the morning, being woken up at this time was a shock. We didn’t open the door fast enough on the first day and the cleaner just walked in anyway. That is the only but of feedback.

Location is great. WiFi good. Very friendly staff. Did our laundry and it came out smelling lovely and fresh, it was a good price! For the value of the property it was a great few nights stay and would stay again!

- The room is not perfectly clean, and quite old, but then again seeing the price it seems normal. - The walls are paper thin and you can hear every neighbour and other guests.

we had a very very large group of local guests staying in rooms around us, not a problem usually, but because we were put in between people from same group we constantly had people trying to get into our room and banging at our window as they mistakenly thought we were with them. we were also awoken at 5am every morning by this large group and their children being loud while going about their day, I know the noise is not the fault of the hotel however the room layout didn’t help the situation as all the rooms opened out onto an open balconies which faced each other in a U shape so everyone just shouted across to each other, and these noises were amplified by the enclosed layout. I doubt there is usually such a large group staying here however so the noise is probably not usually an issue

The location is center of the city: a few minutes walk to night market, lake, lam vien square strawberry store, etc. Free parking. They lend us the kettle when we asked and allowed us to check in earlier.very affordable accommodation.

the balcony is more of a corridor leading along all rooms and there are no chairs or similar to sit out there or anywhere else except the reception area
