Very nice hotel. Espescially friendly and helpfull staff at the lobby/entrance and dining area. Afternoon tea was a nice complement, we regretfully did not have time to try footbath. Maybe next time. The location is nice, next to the beach in a not crowded area. Room with seaview is a must if you are staying here.

The location is far from central from Danang. Grab was easy to use and realiable. The stores at the hotel by were pricy. No towels for the beach.

Breakfast was good and diverse.The fruits were good. The vietnamese disses were tasty but lacks athenticity -herbs and sides. The Western dishes awerage. The juices were fresh and diverse. The afternoon tea was dissapointing. The food was dry. The fruits were good, though. The pool was clean. One toilet and one shower for the pool and small gym though. The room for executive level was spacious and clean. The fridge was not cold. I miss the icecubes machine. The staff were very friendly and serviceminded.

Only comment to improve the room would be addition or more hooks and hanging options in the bathroom…hard to dry swimmers and hang wet towels.

Mattress was at the softer side which is not to my liking and bed frame does have some sounds when turn or get up.

The layout of the room and ocean view were breathtaking. Being a distance from the main central part of the beach proved a blessing as the entire coastline was fully packed. The mini international buffet was a hit as I got to watch the two fireworks shows from the comfort of my table. The complimentary afternoon tea put a fine touch to the experience. The swimming pool a deck gymn areas are way too small for the hotel size. May be worth renovating this area.

All the staff i met during the stay was polite and helpful, in the restaurant the service was top level, I had to complement their service. I will be back and I do recommend to stay here. I read the bad reviews also and trust me, those who wrote them must be special😆 The afternoon tea was more like a lunch, so much to choose from... The poolbar has mocktails if you like alcohol free drinks. Room service perfect for a pizza snack if your lazy.

Large pool with beautiful view. Good roof top bar. Breakfast had a good selection. At the quieter end of the beach. 10/15 minutes walk to beach bars and restaurants.

The fruits at breakfast were not very tasty. The bar is just ok and lacks charm for a hotel that ranks itself as 5 stars.

All in all it was a great stay. The bed is remarkably comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The pool and surrounding area are quite small for such a massive building but it didn t get too crowded despite the sunny weather. The Pho from the hotel restaurant was especially good.

Not enough sunbeds by the pool, and the pool itself was pretty small. There are also not enough lifts to service the amount of floors/people in the hotel, so getting to breakfast/reception would sometimes take 10-15mins. So we had to walk. Not an issue for us but if someone was less able, this would be a big problem in my eyes. I'm not sure I would call it 5 star but it is definitely a very nice hotel.

Breakfast was lovely and our room gave us access to the afternoon tea which was also very nice. The staff were all extremely lovely and very helpful. Location was good too, far from the "main" part of Danang, but it was nice and quiet.

Very small gym Squeaky bed Only 3 elevators, one day i litterally waited 10 minutes because everybody was checking out at the same time Afternoon tea offer and the pastries at breakfast The bike rental company the hotel is working with is expensive and bad quality bikes + they provide the bikes with as few gasoline as possible so you havent ridden yet that you already have to go to the gas station
