The staff are amazing!!! Location is great, 2 min walk from dock. Ly la was unbelievably helpful. Arranged a day trip to Tra Su forest park. A must see!!! And then arranged our bus to Ho Chi Minh. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 treatment

When you enter the room you put the key card into the slot for the lights, air conditioner etc however when you take it out to leave the room, the fridge also turns off !!! We asked for a second key card so we could keep the fridge cold for our water, snacks etc however housekeeping took the key card so the fridge turned off again. It was only a minor annoyance but something to be aware of.

This hotel is probably the pick of hotels in Chau Doc especially for ‘Value for Money’. It’s a short walk from the dock where we disembarked from the fast boat from Phnom Penh. Our room was spacious & comfortable & the staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a dinner restaurant (only breakfast) & unfortunately Chau Doc is ‘choice limited’ for cafes / restaurants. There is a large supermarket across the road from the hotel however so we were able to buy noodles & snacks, water etc. NB: We had dinner at the Victoria Hotel one night however it was expensive (for Vietnam) & wasn’t that great. We also had dinner at Mekong (opposite Victoria Hotel) & my noodle dish was good but hubby’s Lok Lac was not. We organised a day trip (basically just a driver not a guide) through the hotel to Nui Sam (Sam Mtn) & Tra Su Forest. It was a great day & definitely worth doing. There’s also a short riverfront walk that’s only a few minutes from the hotel.

A perfect place to stay in Chau Doc particularly if you are catching the morning ferry to Cambodia. The room was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Super friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful, having organised the airport transfer and a couple of great excursions.

Booked a room with mountain view, but could not see a mountain from the room. Overlooked the street which was fine.

Central. Close to a supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, and ferry location. Viy, 1 of the staff was really helpful. A great interest in sharing information on Vietnam. An english major, so conversing in english was not a problem. All of the staff were of help.

We liked everything!

A fairly new hotel, the Paris is an excellent place to stay. Staff were friendly and attentive (they recommended a great street food restaurant for us) and always willing to assist. We had a lovely huge, clean room with all the facilities you need. The bed was huge and comfy, shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included and was good and filling. The hotel is very near the ferry dock for getting the boat to Cambodia, and it was easy to walk around Chau Doc from there.

Great location, safe area, many restaurants close by, doc for ferry to phnom penh less than 5 minutes walk, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable and quiet room, comfortable bed, TV had Netflix and Prime options, wifi and internet worked well. We were there for 2 nights and liked it well. Good value for your money.
