Paradise Peak Cruise offers top quality service to make our cruise to Ha Long Bay very enjoyable. Susan Le, E-Commerce Executive maintained constant and efficient communication with us prior to the cruise. The staff are professional and friendly. The room is clean and spacious with a balcony view of Ha Long Bay. We enjoyed each meal in a very leisure setting. Sightseeing planned for the guests were on point. Highly recommend Paradise Peak Cruise!

Everything was great about our experience with Paradise Peak. The staff were amazing, especially Genesis and Crystal. Boarding and disembarkation were very organized. The food was delicious with both Western and Vietnamese options. The decor is very traditional which we preferred to the ultramodern cruises. It’s also the ideal size with only 8 staterooms. Our room on the ship was luxurious, although the whirlpool bathtub was outdated (a new bathtub is recommended). The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The excursions were all great, despite being extremely crowded (not the fault of Paradise Peak). Overall, visiting Halong Bay is very worthwhile and we highly recommend Paradise Peak.

United KingdomThe excursion to Luan cave was not very exciting and all the excursion locations were pretty packed with large groups.
With only 6 other fellow passengers, we felt we received very good service and attention from the staff. The Captain was a bit of a character and was very friendly and engaging, while the whole staff were excellent, with pretty good English. The lady who led the excursions was especially good and was very informative in Hang Sung Sot cave. The food was very good and even when one dish was not great, they immediately changed for something better without any fuss.

Luxury in the captains suite, faultless service and catering throughout entire stay. Professional thorough attention from all staff but especially from JL, Crystal and Ryan. Such an enjoyable time was had with all the activities and free time on this beautiful boat.

United Statesthe company was not prepared to honor our booking with drink package after they cancelled our boat and switched us to another at the very last minute with no notice. it took over an hour to get a senior manager to intervene and make things happen. sent a not to booking on this at the time and have not heard back. thankfully it all worked out in the end but we had to dig in our feet with the drink package and and the cost difference. they came thru in the end.
the cuise on peak was cancelled the morning of. we were changed to the excellence which was a bigger boat but at half capacity and was cheaper on booking. we did not get a refund on the price difference. however, we did get a better drink package at no extra charge and 50% off spa services. this was a very good experience and would recommend.
