Clean and perfectly located hotel, with spacious rooms and amenities. There is also a bike rental service, breakfast and room service. The owners are super nice and also provide you with snacks and water upon arrival, while giving tips on what to do in Hoi An :)

Loved my stay at Panda Garden. The family made me feel very welcome and were super helpful throughout my stay. The homestay is in a nice quiet, local neighbourhood with all amenities nearby. It's also only a very short walk to the busy centre restaurants, shops and bars. The room was really comfortable and quiet and would definitely stay again.

Lovely host and family who were attentive without being intrusive. Large and spotlessly clean room with a comfy bed. Small balcony was a bonus. Very good laundry service and breakfast ( additional small cost). Good A/C and shower. Short 5-10 min walk to the centre of Old Town. Hard to find a fault!

Love Love Loved our stay here !! Jessica, the host, does absolutely everything she can to make you so comfortable and will help with anything you need. She was able to arrange for us to get a motorbike to do the Hai Van Pass for a great price, Motorbikes for the day and recommending restaurants and shops for leather and tailor made wear. It was my Birthday on the day we were checking out and Jessica got me a cake and serenaded me with happy birthday when I came down in the morning ! 🥺 It was such a lovely thought and made me feel very special after being away from family for a long time. We loved Hoi An anyways, but staying with Jessica made us love it that much more ! The Location is also perfect walking distance from the old town, has some lovely restaurants and coffee shops around and a Gym around the corner. You can buy water from Jessica or stop at one of the shops nearby. Laundry services are also offered, clothes returned to you within a few hours. Hot shower, Lovely bedroom, clean & they make up your room whenever you’d like.

One of my favourite homestays in Vietnam. The family are really friendly and welcoming. They are also very attentive and give great advice for things to do around the area and onwards travel. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is also in an excellent location a short walk from the center of the old town. The breakfasts in the morning were also a great start to the day. I extended my stay whilst I was here and if I ever come back to Hoi An I would be sure to come back here.

Absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed here! Very nice and polite family, i had everything I needed. Walking distance to sights od Hoi An, free bycicle to go around the town, booked a tour to My Son, they helped me taking the right bus to next destination, prepared delicious breakfast. I had a spacious room, clean, with bathroom. Peaceful place, good energy.

Fantastic place, 10/10 recommend. Mrs Phuong is an incredible host and her homemade food is the best I've tasted in Vietnam. Make sure to try her Spring Rolls and Quang Soup!

Everything was perfect about this homestay!!! I cannot recommend it enough! We arrived to Da Nang and the drive to Hoi An was organised for a very reasonable price, we were welcomed with such great hospitality, the lady explained to us everything on a map and offered advice and suggestions. Everyone was welcoming, from the little kids to the older generations. We could take two bikes for a day, had a great time exploring the town. We also used the laundry service which was great and so useful. We had breakfast here and the taste of the food was wonderful and the portions were filling. Our room was just as in the pictures, clean, comfortable, practical. I really liked the lantern shaped lamp :) And all the design in the house. It had such a cozy, homey feeling. But the most important memory is that we always felt that the owners wanted the best for us, cared and tried to help in every possible way. If we ever come to Hoi An again, we will definitely come back. Thank you!!!

It's amaizing place for stay if you want to visit ha noi or around , the family host are really friendly and nice, we feel like a home 💚 they always ask you if you are OK or if you need something, also they rent a bicycle or motorbike, they have to many advices for tell you , the room was clean, big and comfortable bed! Wow what an excellent stay. Jessica and her family went above and beyond for us. Everything was so easy! The room was huge, and the bathroom was too. So clean and new. We can’t believe the quality for the price - and alongside this, there were even more aspects available that we didn’t utilise such as room service, motorbike hire and breakfast. The benefits to staying here are endless! Even after we left Jessica checked on us to see if the bus she booked for us was suitable. It was perfect! Definitely stay here for your trip to Hoi An!

The room was perfect, large, clean and comfortable, with very good air conditioning. The family were some of the kindest, friendliest people I have ever met, giving fantastic recommendations and helping us during every moment of our stay, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were one of the main reasons we fell in love with Hoi An. This homestay is the best place we have stayed during our whole trip (4 months so far) and I could not recommend it any more. I will definitely be coming back to Hoi An, and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere apart from Panda Garden. We always felt safe and comfortable here and always had someone to chat to when we arrived and left. If you are coming to Hoi An, you are really missing out if you don’t choose to stay here, it is simply perfect.

One of the most hospitable and kindest owners I have met. The price is is very worth it considering the location and the room they have. I came very early but they really accommodate me well. The lady gives me tips where to go to and she arranged all my travels while staying there. I will really be back for sure. Excellent hospitality!
