The only inconvenience was with the shower – the water kept changing from hot to cool on its own, which made showering a bit uncomfortable

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the young lady at the reception who was always kind and helpful. For the price, the stay was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

Excellent service of Khanh Ha , she is so caring since our arrival to leaving hotel, she helped so much . The hotel is great and very well located. Close to the beach and restaurants. The girl at the reception was extremely kind and helped us organize a day cruise for the next day as well as the bus to Hanoi. The room was very beautiful and spacious.

Cute little cafe at the bottom with the option of getting breakfast or ordering off the menu. Staff were exceptionally helpful when I needed problem solving for a bus to Hanoi, just fixed it no questions asked. Fairly close to the bay just a 10min walk and close to lots of seafood restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, good AC, everything worked, big smart TV. The location is very good. Close to the night activities and main restaurants venue. Walking distance to the main beach where there are activities at night.

Nothing - everything was good

The hotel was excellent, far beyond expectations. It was modern, clean and stylish. The service here was exceptional, they helped us with everything including an amazing boat cruise around Halong and transport to Hanoi. A bonus is the cafe and restaurant which has lots of tasty and reasonably priced food. The rooms are well sized and have everything you need. The staff do everything to make your day exceptional and was highly recommended staying here, especially for the price. All within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the market.

The location is perfect for Ha Long Bay, the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The receptionist Ha was incredibly kind and helpful and arranged everything for us, from taxis to excursion tickets, always with a smile. We would definitely come back!

The most important thing in a hotel is its staff, and right from the moment we checked in everyone was on their toes and always eager to help. This is one of rhe best hospitality oriented hotels i have stayed at. The girl at the reception was so kind and always smiling, the girl at the cafe made the best coffee, we had coffee at atleast 20 places in hanoi and halong, but she made the best coffee. And the night boy at reception duty was also very helpful and ready to help, truly a remarkable place, i was in touch with their senior/boss on whatsapp from India and he helped me book activities, prior to our arrival and also helped with very good transport from hanoi to halong. The best part was one day my wife was feeling sick and we were in the market and having difficulty getting transport to go to the medical store, he was so sweet and asked us to come back to the hotel and arranged medicines for us and also asked if we required a doctor. Coming to the place, it is a neat and clean hotel with nice rooms, just like the images, no surprises there, it is a well kept hotel in a quiet part of town and just walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. Overall this was truly an exceptional hotel with great service, i cant forget all the smiling faces right from the reception to the cafe. Well done team, keep up the good work.

The rooms are designed and styled beautifully! We stayed in a family suite, there is a lot of space in the room, comfortable beds and bathroom is big and nice and new. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!
