Loved our bright and spacious room! Very comfy bed and good shower. The owner was delightful and very helpful providing information on what to see and do and where to eat. Good communication prior to booking in and we even stayed an extra night as we loved the area so much. Great location, only 10 minute walk to the river and old town sights.

We were woken up at 7am by the singing from the church next door which was very loud, but that stopped after a while and it was generally peaceful

Staff were so helpful and kind, everything to do in Hoi an was explained to me when I first arrived and it was great recommendations!! My boyfriend was very unwell and in hospital and they made it easier by being so accommodating and kind. The room is really lovely!

Fantastic location! We extended 3 times!!! Dieu was a great host and was very informative. Pool was ice cold and our sheets were changed every day. Very central to everything. Highly recommend

Had a small issue one night when we noticed ants on our bed at around midnight. We just wanted some clean sheets by had some communication problems with a member of staff. Eventually things got sorted and we had clean sheets and didn’t have the problem again. Was just unfortunate that the ants came out in the middle of the night rather than in the afternoon when there were more people around. We didn’t have ants in the room again as staff took time to clean room throughly the next day

This homestay is in a fab location near Old Town, it was easy to walk to the river and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner is really lovely and very helpful with arranging day tours and bike hire

Absolutely everything! We had an amazing stay here. Great location, spacious comfortable and clean room. Dieu was very helpful with recommendations - even a barber for my husband! She helped us with our transit out of Hoi An and booking the Hoi An memories show. Everything was amazing!

This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our whole trip! My partner and I loved this homestay and have been recommending it to everyone going to Hoi An! We will definitely be returning in the future and rebooking this homestay. Dieu was amazing - she was super friendly and gave us suggestions about food and restaurants we can try if we wanted. The location was amazing only a short 5 min walk to the night market. This is definitely a must for anyone visiting Hoi An

Nothing! The only change I’d make is adding an extra towel per person (I didn’t ask for one though so this is not a complaint!)

Nu ni Homestay was great! Dieu was a wonderful hostess and very helpful. We especially loved the location (just a quick walk into the Ancient Town) and the spacious room. The bathroom was also big and had a great shower. We also used their laundry service which was very speedy. Definitely recommended as your base in Hoi An!

A wonderful homestay in an excellent location mins walking to old town attractions such as river lanterns etc. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable rooms. A lovely welcome and helpful service from all staff. Great little map provided and some super recommendations - especially for the excursion to the rice fields with cookery and fishing - great tour! We chose a room with a balcony - it was lovely sitting overlooking courtyard listening to the birdsong in the mornings. However, I would imagine all rooms here are comfortable. This place even has a pool to cool down after a day's exploring!

Place was welcoming, great location near the ancient town, very accommodating and helpful with attractions and information of the area. Dieu at reception was wonderful and we enjoyed a daily swim in their indoor pool. We stayed on top 3rd floor with no lift so that might be a consideration for some with mobility issues. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam.

Naturally this type of establishment does not have a lift to get to the 2nd floor, so it is an effort to get there with luggage.

Good location near old town and river. Nice size room with a good size shower. Hai (unsure of spelling) the owner was very helpful as were the other ladies. Hai took in a couple of clothes repairs which were dealt with quickly. Laundry also a very good price. Taxi to Da Nang airport arranged as was an excursion to My Son temple. Thanks to them again.
