It is an excellent place to rest for a few weeks, very comfortable, quiet and the staff is excellent. It is outside the tourist area, but it is very close, 5 minutes by bike and motorcycle, you can go to the beach very easily.

I loved staying at the Nyugen Duh Homestay and only wish I could’ve stayed longer. The quality of the accommodation for the price far exceeds what you might get closer to the Old Town. One standout feature for me was the spacious balcony, complete with outdoor table and chairs: perfect for sitting outside and relaxing. The owner and family are warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. For example, I made good use of the bicycles. The owner took care to see that the tyres were properly inflated and adjusted the seat to my height, even though use of the bikes is free! On the subject of which, the location is great for easy-going cycling. Even the main roads are not very busy and the island is a maze of quiet back roads and tracks, great for exploring on foot or by cycle. Some might find the location a bit too quiet and undeveloped, having only a few local restaurants and grocery stores (though more than it first appears) but for me it was the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy life’s simpler pleasures. I very much hope to go back there again and cannot recommend this place too highly.

We had a wonderful time here. Many of the other guests stay here for a long time, and we immediately got why. It feels like a home away from home. There is a functional shared kitchen, you can do your laundry for free, and there are bicycles to use. The location is great, especially on bicycle or scooter. If we're ever back in Vietnam, I'm definitely looking into this homestay again to recharge and relax.

there are mosquitoes in the area and ants in the sink, but it's because it's so near nature. depends on whether you are okay with it. the sink is also slightly dirty with some dirt and grime on the hole.

very clean place despite it being in a village, and quite close to old town. 7 minutes by motorbike, 15 minutes by bicycle. if u walk it might be a bit far.

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean, organised homestay in a lush, gorgeous garden, run by a lovely family with free bicycles. It’s really good value and you have the advantage of being part of authentic village life. If you want to be a little off the well-beaten tourist track, or if you are a digital nomad, this is a perfect spot. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Nguyen Duy homestay. We really felt like home here. Rooms were very spacious and had many facilities like desk, air conditioning, cupboard, and fridge. We can use the washing machine for free. Also, there are free bicycles available, which were a really great option to explore the village and Hoi An. Property has a beautiful garden and lots of trees, which were a blessing as it was a little hot when we visited. There is a separate kitchen that the guests can use with all the required utensils. Lastly, the hosts, they are the friendliest people we have met and are very helpful. They invited us to join them for a family function and we had the best authentic food there, this was a wonderful experience for us as we travel for these kind of moments and experiences. Also they allowed us to extend the stay for a few more hours and dropped us to our bus stop at free of cost, these are really appreciated. It's very budget friendly and we highly recommend staying here. It will always remain as a place to stay whenever we visit Hoi An❤️. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience..!

The place is gorgeous, the room was very large, well decorated and lovely and clean. The gardens outside were very beautiful and the location was quiet. There are even a few cats that live outside who are very friendly.

This place is just perfect! Big garden with lots of trees and places to seat, amazing people. The room is very big, with tables and a balcony. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need, filtered water to fill your bottle, and free use bicycles! What could you ask more?

The owners are amazing. Everything was perfect and we loved our stay here. We had a problem with our bathroom but they fixed it immediately. They wanted to pick us up for free and brought us to the nearest bus station. We recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

This homestay is located just outside of town, making it a great option for those seeking a peaceful stay. However, it's still just a short bike or bicycle ride away from the bustling Hoi An center. Guests can enjoy long bicycle rides through the picturesque villages and rice fields while enjoying the company of the friendly staff and long-term residents. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furniture and interior.

The location is a bit far, but it's not a problem if you ride motorbikes.

The room and shower were very big and everything was very comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and soft. The hosts were very nice and gave us a ride to the city center since we don't ride motorbikes. The aria is quieter than the city center, so if a lot of noise bothers you it's a very good place.

Honestly everything, great location, the house and room were so nice, the family and people were lovely and very friendly, helpful. Gave good information and loaned a scooter to me which was a highlight for me (first one in Vietnam). Can also do your washing there which is very helpful. Comfortable rooms out of tourism crowd but the touristic area were still very accessible, especially with the bicycles this homestay provide for us. Owners were very nice and helpful during our stay. We recommend this homestay without hesitation.

Everything The owners were very helpful and friendly. Especially she wake up at 5 AM for our early check-in. The facilities and cleanliness was amazing. I can use kitchen any time. Can do laundry for free.
