A lovely small hotel in a very quiet local neighbourhood. My room was big and very well equipped. Has a balcony and windows. Very nice bathroom. The owners are on sight and are very helpful. Can rent a motor bike and explore the city and beyond. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes.

I had a lovely big room with a small balcony and plenty of fresh air. Set in a small back alley. A short walk to the beach through the streets of Quy Nhon. I rented a motor scooter with no fuss. Close to loads of local eating and coffee places. Thoroughly recommend.

Awesome location, the owner is a gentle guy, the room and bathroom are clean, ac is good and also the shower. They rent bikes there.

In the description it says the room has a tea/coffee maker which I assumed was a kettle, but it was missing. The white pillow cases looked stained and yellow. Not sure if they change them between each guest, but I'm travelling for a long time and come prepared for anything.

Spacious clean room with a little balcony. Very friendly staff who spoke English. Large room with a comfortable bed. The room also had a fridge, bowls, glasses and cutlery. Excellent bathroom. It's located in a residential neighbourhood with some very cheap little eateries and convenience stores just around the corner.

The hot water has a terrible sulphuric smell. The white bed linen was clean but some staining on it. Needs those removing with bleach (chlorine) as it doesn’t look good.

we loved the friendly family. it’s in a good location with lovely Vietnamese neighbours. Room was large with a balcony. They were kind allowing us to check in early. Plenty of hot water. Lift to our room.

The doors do get locked sometime from 11pm onwards so it is a bit awkward knocking sometimes to get the door open. On the first day we had to hand in our passports and did not get it back for 2 days which did make us really anxious, think it was just because we arrived late in evening. It would be helpful if maybe there was a whatsapp number guests could use to contact

everything was good and as described, the washing was 20vnd per KG and hiring a scooter was only 120,000. The patio has nice views and its really well located, close to the beach and the town centre with lots of food places. The room is pretty big with a nice big bed. The hosts are friendly but there is limited English, i would really recommend this hotel.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Return The room was a decent size, but that’s where the positives end. There were several black hairs on the floor, no hot water in the shower, weak water pressure, and the in-room Wi-Fi was barely usable. The curtains were so thin that I was woken up by sunlight at 5am. The "double bed" was actually two singles pushed together, making it very uncomfortable. The kettle shown in the listing was unusable. There were gaps in both the balcony and main doors, letting in mosquitoes—I was bitten several times. The balcony doors also rattled loudly in the wind, making sleep even harder. To top it off, a neighbor’s dog barked non-stop through the night, which is unbelievable and unacceptable for a paid accommodation. I also had an issue with the motorbike rental. I took the bike at 1pm and returned it at 3pm the next day, only to be told I’d be charged for two full days. The owner eventually settled on one and a half days, which left me short on cash for the room and forced me to find an ATM, incurring extra fees. Had I known in advance, I would’ve kept and used the bike for the extra time I was being charged for. Overall, a frustrating and uncomfortable experience that I wouldn’t recommend.

After checking in I went to the room.and found the WiFi wasn't working and there was nobody on reception for the next day and a half to fix the problem. There is no information available about what to do in the area. Bed very soft which wasn't really to my liking and no mosquito net. No atmosphere at all in the building so not great if traveling solo and want to meet people. A bit disappointed with my stay after reading all the positive reviews.
