I had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The hosts were very friendly and made me feel safe and welcome. The location is a huge plus, as it's just minutes away from the beach. There are also free bus services to Grand World and the airport, which was incredibly convenient. I loved that there were plenty of great food and massage options right nearby.

I had a wonderful week. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped (air conditioning, fridge, fan, etc.). The property is just a 2-minute walk from the beach (with very affordable private beaches), and it's close to several grocery stores, pharmacies, and even a gym for fitness enthusiasts. The hotel is run by a lovely family who made me feel right at home. I felt safe especially as a woman solo travelling. I also highly recommend their restaurant — the food is varied and excellent. I had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to come back.

I sometimes read people saying they felt at home in a hotel. I always wondered how it is possible. Now I know. We stayed with our kids a week at Ngoc Qui Bungalow, and really felt the warm family atmosphere there. People are so nice! The food is truly the best we had on the island, and the location is just great to go to the beach.

We stayed at this hotel in three different rooms. The first time it was a very old room, with black stains all over the walls and corners. It was windy night, and the tree branches were loudly knocking on the roof, making it impossible to sleep. The other two times the rooms matched the photos and there was no noise at night. Lots of mosquitoes in all the rooms

Very polite and nice owners. Close to the beach. Generally not noisy, clean. Wifi worked well, but the speed was not high. For breakfast, there was a choice of 1 dish and 1 drink, which was enough for us.

Amazing value for money, a lovely family host this place, a restaurant on site and can accommodate all your needs from arranging tours to sorting your laundry. Beach, bars, restaurants etc. all within walking distance. Would not hesitate in staying here again!

In the description it was said beachfront. In reality it is close to the public beach, but not exactly beachfront.

The familiar and relaxed atmosphere at Ngoc Qui was really something special. The food at the restaurant is authentic good Vietnamese food. Crepes are a must try, like coconut coffee which we are already missing. The owners have a little daughter who liked to play with our daughters and it was really enjoying to see our daughters interact and play with other children despite of the language barriers. The bungalow is very close to the main road which is busy and noisy 24/7 but down one street, we could not hear a sound during nights and slept perfectly. The beach is just a short walk from Ngoc Qui. Room are just fine with everything we needed. Would defiinitely go back and would recommend Ngoq Qui to anyone looking for some authentic Phu Quoc experience.

this place is paradise I stayed here for nine nights and I can't complain about anything. There are very nice owners with a cute daughter. They were helpful in everything (including throwing the spider out of the room 😀). They also have a restaurant, I mostly ate there and the food was great. If you are looking for accommodation, look no further and book this one. Thank you very much ❤️

This is the second time I am staying in the property that is run by a lovely family! The location is great, 2-3 minutes from the beach and all main shops, and the food served excellent! we had an emergency this time the staff went above and beyond to help us with the hospital and everything. highly recommend this place, don't expect 5-star hotel but photos are real.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ngoc Qui Bungalow! Vi and her family are super friendly and helpfull. The bungalows are located close to the beach, within walking distance. There are many great options to eat close to the accommodation , but make sure to eat the the restaurant at Ngoc Qui Bungalows as well. They serve the best Pho Bo we had in Vietnam, really delicious!!

Had a fantastic stay at Ngoc Qui Bungalows. Family run business with a real homley atmosphere. It is an easy walk to the beach,night markets, etc. Restaurant at the Bungalows serves Western and authentic Vietnamese food, must try the Pho, it is very good. Thank you for your hospitality, I definitely recommend this place and will be back 🙂

Lovely family-run business, with friendly attentive staff. Location is in a small street off the main road, so no traffic noise, and the street leads out the other end onto the beach. Rooms are through the restaurant out the back, and are cosy, quiet, and clean. Very nicely managed, the owners are helpful and informative, they provide a laundry service and rent scooters, and the restaurant is a particular bonus, the food is very good and reasonably priced. After seeing the rest of the island, we really felt we'd gotten lucky and found a little gem.

The location is good and the family running the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly! They helped me adjust to Vietnam, I got a SIM card and booked a John's tour with them. The room is as you see in the photos no surprises. Definitely going back again in December that I am visiting Phu Quoc again! The guy from Santorini 🙂

Great location, street is off main road and only a short stroll to the beach. Returning to your room that are located behind the restaurant gives a friendly welcome back atmosphere. Breakfast were lovely way to start our day and we had a meal there at night, staff were extremely helpful with organising activities and motorbike rental, and nothing was a bother and small things were fixed immediately.

There were some minor problems like refrigerator was a bit noisy, the flies in the bathroom and mosquitoes, no free water and no safe box. The hotel is small, so there is no garden with a view, but as someone has already pointed “you can’t have it all”.

Nice and cozy hotel, located in a perfect area (just 3 min walk to the clean beach, 25 min walk to Night Market in town, and 15 min ride to the airport by taxi). The room was clean, we had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was nice, the coffee was delicious plus they offered a discount as we were the guests of the hotel. The owners were really friendly and helpful. In conclusion, considering the price, location and the service we think it was a great choice and we will definitely think about staying there again.
