You can tell that the property used to be a luxury hotel with top line fixtures. It's a bit long in the tooth now and needs renovation and updating to bring it up to being a modern facility. For those who find it relevant, there is no air conditioning in our room. The climate in Da Lat is very pleasant and air conditioning is not really needed. The listing on Booking.com stated that there is an airport shuttle. I asked about it at the airport and apparently the shuttle is not available any more.

The hotel is in an elevated location with a very nice lake view and pleasant surroundings. It's convenient, being within walking distance to restaurants and local small shops on the other side of the lake. They include a good buffet breakfast with mainly local items. You can order an upgraded coffee like cappuccino for about $2 USD. My cappuccino was very well made with care - kudos to the barista. Most staff members are very pleasant and helpful. The low room rate makes this property very good value.

NOISE, A LOT OF NOISE FROM EVERYWHERE. If you're a light sleeper like me you may have trouble sleeping in this place, there are dozens of noises coming from everywhere. You can hear the cars and motorbikes like if you were on the road, people decide to put very loud music in the square next to the hotel late at night, if the room next to you decides to have a shower late ar night you won't be able to sleep with all the noise from the shower...

The views of the lake from the room were completely insane. The room was quite spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a great variety of options

Hotel is somewhat isolated from the busier parts of town. Quite a lot of road noise. Breakfasts were okay but pretty basic.

A quiet old hotel with a good location near the lake but there was a very noisy area behind the hotel I could not rest at the night time specially with the dogs .. the breakfast was normal and there was no air condition.

We stayed on the second floor and at times there wasn't any hot water coming out of the shower. When taking a shower, water was always leaking out of the bathtub. If you leave the light on at night with the windows open, mosquitoes come through and this was annoying.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I always appreciate the staff's professional attitude. There is always a variety of breakfast choices. Our room was quiet.

The breakfast buffet has rooms for improvement. You have to be really early to eat a full menu but if you’re not early they really don’t even check if the foods are replenished or not.

First. The location is great. We’re just in front of the mall. Everything is walking distance. We’re just to lazy to walk. lol Second. The housekeeping staffs were very helpful even though there’s a language barrier. They always did their best to accommodate our request.

Room comfortable and good size. We had the lake facing room which is a lovely view but noisy when doors open from traffic. No air conditioning so we found the rooms a bit warm at night . Limited English speaking do communication a little difficult. Good location to market and other sights.

A bit of a walk to town centre offset by more peace despite being near large night area around opera House. Staff were not anything as attentive or helpful as previous hotels. Enougj of them but just not customer focus. A couple of exceptions, of course

Not the cheapest place in town but it’s very close to the lake and if you’re looking for something around the 50 quid a night price and are happy to walk round to the night market area to eat in the evening it’s excellent value for money.

The hot water was really weird, it didn't keep its temperature at all (it keeps shifting from being just fine to too hot and then too cold)

Water from the shower leaked a little bit from the bathtub from time to time, so you have to pull the curtains in all corners of the bathtub thoroughly so that no water comes out from the shower. But it was a minor concern for us.

I stayed on the third floor at the back of the building, and it was very quiet. No road noise or construction. I could take hot showers. The curtains helped to keep the room warm throughout our stay. We're very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the beds. It was a quick check-in and check-out process with no waiting line. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet as long as you arrive early. After 7am, there are so many people and we noticed there were more limited food choices.

Breakfast, on our 2nd day. we eat breakfast at 8 am. it turns out that there is not much food, the soup is finished and didn't serve a new one. the breakfast time is 6:30 to 9:30 am. we just ate egg and sandwich, coz I'm asking for noodle soup and they say it's finished. Still have a guess but not much food.

location is perfect, easy to access Lan Vien Square, night market, and lake. The room is comfy, we request an extra pillow for my son and they sent it right away. We rent the hotel car for 2 days tour and it's perfect, the driver (Mr. Thai) is very approachable and kind. He gave suggestions and it seems good. Will Highly be recommended.

1. Enter lobby, get mobbed by mosquitoes. None in room, thankfully. 2. Room smelled strongly of mold, had to remove some furniture and ask for air freshener 3. Breakfast was free, and they were working hard on it! But nothing very delicious or special, and literally the worst cup of coffee I have had in a year of living in Vietnam. 4. Spotty / slow wifi. Dropped zoom calls. 5. Refrigerator never got cold, even overnight 6. Very loud noises/bangs all night above us, like someone was throwing furniture around. Had to use earplugs and white noise to get to sleep finally around 2am. Hopefully that was other customers. Get a room on the most upper floor if you can.

Rooftop was nice to walk around at sunrise. Friendly staff, they responded to our requests. Luxurious pillows and blankets. Accepts credit card.
