There are some important things to note. The location is extremely isolated, so you are completely reliant on the transfer bus to get anywhere. Also, when booking, it was confusing that this property is part of a group of hotels that are connected, but at the same time not really connected. Our friends actually booked the resort instead of the hotel (something we didn’t even realise until arriving late at night), which meant our group was separated. Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done once we arrived. To make matters worse, they paid the higher price yet couldn’t even join us for breakfast – which felt a bit silly, especially since we had planned this as a group trip. It would make more sense if guests could use facilities like the pools between the hotels without paying extra. Finally, while most staff were friendly, an improvement in English communication would really lift the experience. In a 5-star hotel, it was disappointing to have to rely on Google Translate in places like the games room. Overall, a great stay with some frustrating and slightly misleading aspects to be aware of before booking.

The hotel itself is lovely – very clean, modern, with a great gym and an excellent breakfast that was definitely worth the money. We enjoyed our time here overall. Great pool and clean beach.

We had a wonderful stay at New World Hoiana. The resort is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool and beach areas are great for unwinding, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were generally welcoming and attentive, and the resort provides convenient shuttles to Hoi An, which was a big plus. We did experience some issues with hidden fees that temporarily placed a hold on our funds, and one staff member did not address us in the right manner. However, credit to the team for resolving these matters in a professional way, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable holiday in the Hoi An area.

We had to pay additionally for sunbeds in Cove near beach but it’s ok as we were informed about this. Small menu choice in the restaurant near the pool in New Hoiana. The place sometimes seemed odd due to hotel guests coming there only for casino. Still the facilities for kids beat everything else. Restaurants are rather pricey but the quality makes up for the price.

Swimming pool, the beach, food quality, staff and peace. Facilities for kids are just another level ! Best hotel we stayed in Vietnam and would definitely come back to this one.

Comfortable large room, good soundproofing. Large balcony and beautiful sea view. Beautiful area and long beach where you can walk. Very friendly staff. Breakfast - a large variety of dishes and everything is delicious. Many restaurants on the territory - everything is very tasty and the prices are good. Really 5 * hotel and service. The location was 25minutes from old town so a little far. Also, be mindful of breakfast inclusion. We were told breakfast was included by reception staff, when we sat down to eat, another staff member told us we had to pay $70aud to eat breakfast. This was disappointing as the staff were then arguing next to our table about whether we could have breakfast included, which we then decided to leave. However, the manager was lovely and sincerely apologetic afterwards, giving us a late room checkout.

Beautiful resort with wonderful facilities near the beachside. Rooms were very clean and the garden view was amazing. The included shuttle service and local buggy’s were very helpful to get around.

Excellent value for money, big spacious room. Nice bath and spacious bathroom. Free bike hire is an amazing benefit as we would ride in and out of the old town easily. It is a little further out so took half an hour to walk to the centre of the old town but it's an easy walk. Staff were lovely and helpful. Big spread at breakfast.

The first thing the receptionist asked us was to try to upsell to a more expensive room… felt not welcoming and more like I met a sales person…

Very new and modern! Super spacious rooms and there is everything you may need: restaurants, convenience stores, gym, 24/7 spa. TV’s had both airplay and chrome cast also!

Only issue was the kids water playground was closed after 3 days for the duration of our stay. It’s a little bit far out of Hoi An, but reliable free shuttle bus made up for it!

Lots of things to do, very clean and tidy. Best buffet breakfast, with options for everyone. Kids loved the pool! Fantastic gym facilities.

Location is far from Hoi An town. The shuttle bus was the drawcard to booking the venue but the shuttle times are not convenient. The beach water wasn’t as clean as the beaches further up in Da Nang.
