Deck around to pool had some loose boards that should be tightened up or replaced.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. Pool was great to cool down in, and the pond area and rice fields behind were very fun to explore and watch birds. It’s also very easy to rent bicycles or scooters next door to get around on. Ms. Huong does great work with clothes as well, so be sure to ask about alterations or getting some clothes made during your stay!

One of the best place I’ve stayed. It’s amazing! Location is great, near rice fields, and much more peaceful than in a town. The staff is so friendly, you feel so welcomed and all the time. The room was very nice and spacious, many windows and great view. I stayed two times and felt like home. Also there is a tailor shop, Hun made me some amazing clothes. Also there is a very nice and clean pool and breakfast with choices, a nice one. Highly recommend this place!

My stay was too short. Everything was perfect.

I felt like I was taken care of like family. Thank you Hung, Nhi, and Phi. I would definitely recommend others to stay. It is a short cab ride and very close to Ancient Town. Comfy cozy, peaceful, and cozy. Love it! ❤️!

This was the best place we stayed in during our stay in Vietnam ! The views were spectacular and the rooms very comfortable and.clean! We enjoyed a lovely breakfast served by the v Friendly staff, each morning and they always came to chat to us and checked in with us as to how we were doing I got a beautiful black dress made by the owner - can't wait to wear it thanks for a super stay!!!

I was on the 3rd floor you can hear the fan noise all the time, but it's so hot that you have the air conditioning on all the time you're in the room, so after a couple of hours you get used to it.

Great place, far away from the noise , very helpful and mindful. The pool was open 24/7 and the staff can help you with anything. Highly recommend for peaceful travellers I enjoyed so much my time over there

It’s located just a 5-7 min scooter ride to the old town. The property has a clean and refreshing pool to have a dip in and sunbathe by on the hot Vietnamese days. The staff is super friendly, especially Nhi, she made my stay special with genuine conversations and smiles, thank you very much ❤️ Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and water. You can also get tailored clothes without leaving the property.

Hoang and the entire staff were beyond welcoming and soo helpful!! We spent a beautiful week here and would highly recommend to any looking for some peaceful solacecomfortable stay close enough via moto to the hustle and bustle of Old Town.

Stayed in March. Owners really friendly and helpful! Had a lovely skort and trousers tailored. The room was big and clean with a lovely view out the back. Free breakfast included and easy location to centre of Hoi An.

The owner and staff here are just lovely. You feel like a cousin when you stay with them. Nhi (receptionist) was excellent and could not do enough for us. The owner runs a tailoring service - we were measured up on arrival and the next day a high quality pair of trousers and shirt were ready! Defo recommend having something made to measure while you are there.

"Two weeks went by so fast at this homestay because it really felt like home. Everything was comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and as a bonus, there's a lovely view over the rice fields. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We went swimming in the pool every day, which was a big plus. We also had some tailored clothing made, which turned out to be excellent quality. Can’t recommend this place enough!
