The building is a little old and not the most comfortable beds but still really good for the price.

The location was excellent and the family were lovely when we arrived. The room was spacious and the aircon worked amazingly (especially since it was about 38° on average when we stayed)!

Not a big deal, especially considering the price, but the room is a little aged. This is a very minor thing, though.

Excellent location, incredibly helpful and friendly staff who allowed me to leave my luggage before check in. The room was a good size and well-stocked. Bathroom was a good size and balcony was easily accessible.

Good location, public restaurant at front of hotel run by the proprietors, great food, beer, soft drinks and coffee at very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed here 7 years ago & liked it then.

The cleanliness of the room could be better.

The owner and his wife are friendly and helpful. The location is good—about a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist spots, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab food anytime. The room is not big but is equipped with the necessary amenities. Overall, it's good value for money.

If there is any to complain it’s that it was a bit noisy but to be fair that’s in most places in Vietnam the case.

I got a room with a little mold in the wall, but they upgraded me in a better room instantly.

Very good position to visit the old town, no so near, no so far. The structure is a bit old, but owners do everything is possible to make it confortable. More I want spend some more words for the owner, they are so genuine and gentle people, always helpful and smiling. They invited me for the Sunday lunch with their family, but I told I was late, they replied me they would wait for me. In conclusion I felt like in my family and they were so happy to treat me like a family member.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the street Really enjoyed watching the world go by. Food is exceptional and the family owners were so helpful. I felt very sad to leave. I will return on the new year.

I have been living in Vietnam for 2 years. And this is one of the best experiences of staying at Homestay. The owners of the hotel are very nice and responsive. The room was not big, but clean and cozy. The air conditioner cooled the room very much, which is great in the summer. You can also order delicious drinks and food at the hotel at a very good price. Amazing welcome by the owner to be taken to a super clean room, spacious with a door to the outside terrace. Bed is a modern comfy mattress laundered sheets n pillows bathroom spotlessly clean and smells lovely . Lil fridge wardrobe sockets n light control by the bedside . Don't need the air con as building is cool... Booked another night because its so nice .. You must stay here when coming to Hoi An....

Honestly, the place is really old, with paint coming off, in the bathroom we’re not actually sure if it’s dirty or just old and used. Oh and we saw a cockroach in the hotel hall last night.

This hotel is really cheap so we got what we expected. The room was ok clean, there was hot water, and an AC. They let us leave our bags at the reception before check in and after check out.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, so would take a long time to was long hair.

Staff was nice though some of them had limited English. Very helpful. Gave us a bigger room without extra charge. Bed was soft (Vietnamese standards). Super cheap and only 5-10 minutes walking distance to old town. Many food places near by.
