The street is not a main road so bigger cars/vans can't go in during peak hours. There's a short walk from the main road to the place.

The owner, Na, was very helpful and nice. She facilitated buying of medicines and food for us. In the area, no elevators were allowed but Na helped us bring down our luggages. There were plenty of cafes and spas in the area. Very near the old town. Can walk but grab was also cheap.

Our stay was excellent. We really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water upon arrival. The room was spacious and perfectly clean, as was the bathroom. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. The pool was a real highlight – we could even enjoy it in the evening, with the lights and fountain turned on just for us. The location was also great, only about a 10-minute walk from the center of town.

This homestay was fantastic for our trip to Hoi An. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything. The host helped us book a cooking class and coconut boat tour which was amazing! She also did our laundry for us within a few hours. She arranged a car to bring us to and from the airport. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

The room was clean, has a little balcony and a lot of light. The bed was really confortable! Had a fan and AC. The stuff was really nice, they arrange transport to cities nearby either by private car or sleeping buses. They provide laundry service. The location is in a cozy street, few minutes away by motorbike to the old city. You can find places to rent a motorbike, to have breakfast and laundry in the same street. Highly recommended!

Everything! We wanted to experience different types of properties whilst we were on holiday, and this Homestay was brilliant. It allowed us to escape the busyness of a large hotel, but with all of the facilities. Breakfast wasn’t provided, but the array of local eateries was better as it allowed us to make a choice. The property had a small pool which was very welcomed after a hot day of walking, and quiet enough to relax. The family were lovely, with Na being so helpful and keeping in touch with us prior to our arrival, organising our transport to and from the airport, and even our laundry. Brilliant place to stay.

A great stay with a terrific host. A nice location about 10min walk from the main part of town meant it was quiet as well. Definitely go to Madam Kanh banh mi, Na will recommend it and it was the best we had in Vietnam.

I’d prefer a larger mirror in the room—that would be a nice improvement. Also, the bed linen tended to attract hair and other particles easily, which made it look dirty quite quickly. Using a different type of fabric might help with that.

Loved our stay at NaFaLa Homestay!!!! Na was so welcoming and hospitable. We loved our room - so comfy and nice!!! Great location, more quiet and less touristy part of town and easy to walk to the busier parts.

Room was massive & comfy bed, pool not so good we didn’t bother going in as it is normally in the shade & very small. Either we did something wrong or there is just no hot water for showering which was annoying but we should have asked someone to be fair

The room key, somehow, it takes a few tries to open the room. But no big deal.

Very nice property, very clean, and not far from the center of old town. The receptionist, Na, was also very nice and very helpful. And for the price! We definitely would stay here again.

The Homestay is really nice, close to the Old town and the busy streets, but in a quiet area. Room was big and clean, everyone was helpful, swimming pool looks nice but weather wasn’t good enough for us to us it sadly. There is no breakfast , but many coffee place around. Possibility to rent bikes to explore countryside and seafront (which I recommend)

Excellent staff, arranged rides from and back to Da Nang for us, even walked us to our cab back home. Suggested restaurants and tours in the area and offered to book them. Excellent quick communication. Big room, comfy bed and pillows! Very nice air conditioner. Quiet area.

LOVE the location. We have stayed in this street the year before and love it. Lots of cute little restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, massage and nail places around (the cafe across the street that does avocado toast was 10/10; lovely coffee and croissants/pastries) . A lovely walk to the center of the main/market area; less than 10 min walk from memory? The room itself was lovely and very spacious, beds comfortable.
