Everything! This place is a jewel: ideally situated in central Ho-Chi-Minh (close to ben Tahn, bui vien), with lots of different restaurants and cafés around, for all tastes and budgets, but in a small street that makes it perfectly isolated from noise of croud and scooters. Moreover, the rooms are spacious, like genuine apartments, and decorated with taste. There is also a lots of connections and lights. The tenant is very helpful and professional.

The staff were warm and welcoming from the start. Stephen was incredibly helpful, even arranging our flight to Ha Long Bay and an overnight cruise. We’d happily stay here again!

Lovely 2-day stay in Saigon. Clean, central, and very helpful staff. Stephen arranged a great Mekong Delta tour and assisted with everything.

Stephen was friendly and nice to talk to every morning. The hotel is just 5 minutes from Bui Vien with lots of bars nearby.

Since there is not a real reception I had the feeling of not being very safe because when I entered or left there was no one around in the entrance. But I had no problems in my stay. A picture of the entrance/ street would be nice to find it easier even though there is a sign ☺️

Location, cleanness and comfort. Stephen was very kind and helpful, I could check in earlier after have problems with my other hotel that was overbooked.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at My Stay. Right in the centre but so quiet. The apartment was lovely and spotless with everything you need. Nice big comfy bed and the shower was great. Also plenty of little extras just in case you forget anything which was a lovely touch. The host was great and even arranged for our laundry to be done. A really memorable stay in Saigon and we highly recommend My Stay ⭐️ Thank you!

Good access to Bui Vien street. The owner is very helpful. He can offer laundry service for a fee which is good for long stay.

after a crazy few weeks of traveling i really just needed a comfortable, quiet room where i could come back and get some quality sleep. this place gave me everything i needed: comfy bed, big room, hot shower, quiet neighborhood. Stephen was also very quick to respond to any questions i might have. it was a great 5 days in HCMC. thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at My Stay Hotel & Apartment. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and a handy kitchenette. The location is convenient yet peaceful, perfect for exploring or relaxing. Service was excellent and attentive. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays and look forward to returning!

We loved everything

We booked the hotel at 8pm and arrived 10 minutes later and the manager was an absolute delight. The room is huge, there is water, hairdryer, smart tv, AC, great wifi and a super comfortable bed. The location is perfect, not in the crazy part of the town but 15 min walk from there. Food stalls, cafes everywhere. Oh and the main thing it is really quiet.

Nothing really although just a suggestion that with 4-5 night stay do suggest maybe servicing with fresh towels and empty bins but stay was brilliant. Thanks

Stephen was really helpful. The flat is like an apartment. It feels safe and is airy. Stephen helped with tours and laundry etc. the location was brilliant.
