The apartment is beautifully decorated and situated in a convenient location. Sujyo and her team are helpful and always available to assist with anything. One of the rooms lacks blackout curtains, and the layout of the beds leaves little room to access the plugs. Despite these minor issues, I would recommend the apartment to other travelers.

The washer is a plus as we have quite a few dirty clothes due to our travelling. wish you have a dryer too. ac work great in each room. the location is great, about 10 -15 mins walking away from bui vien street, you just have to becareful when crossing the bridge as the side walk is narrow. the place is on 20th floor and is a corner unit which give you a great view. swimming pool are well kept and clean. 7/11 and couple other convenience stores at the ground floor along with a nice coffee shop. grab or taxi r very easy to get and the ride to Ben Thanh market would cost about 120k dong max. Tip, a cheapest way to do sightseeing is hop on the local bus while monitor the route with Google map. will stay again when i'm back in town.

Spacious , clean unit. Fantastic bed with comfortable spotless bedding, and new towels. Access to a washing machine was a bonus ! Sujyo, Angela and staff were extremely proactive and attentive to our needs.. was a big comfort and a big help, from arranging pickup from the airport to fixing minor issues when they came up.. they really work hard to make your stay a good one.

The condo building is well maintained and is in a convenient location, with stores to buy food and even a pharmacy. The unit is in a corner and was very quiet the two weeks I was there. The unit was clean, no roaches or ants... and if you stay long enough room cleaning is included in the price. Unit is well equipped including a washing machine. Shower is large, with hot water and with food water flow. Host was very kind and cooperative.

Both check-in and check-out went really well. We also felt comfortable otherwise. There were two supermarkets and a laundry service right in the building, which was very convenient. There was sometimes no hot water in the shower, and you should be happy to walk, as the typical places take at least 20 minutes.

Morning Sunshine's place was clean and beautiful. Is located in a heart of the center of Saigon. You can get to district one and other district. Very easy walkable distant to great restaurant. The house is very clean and nice furniture is new. I recommended this place to everyone. I will come back and stay here again my next trip to Saigon

Beautiful home in the Rivergate Residence, where there are many locals and foreigners residing. Next to a 7/11 that is 24 hours, as well as a WinMart grocery store, PharmCity, and multiple coffee shops / massage places. Right on the water. Sujyo is also super responsive and helpful to address any issues in the flat. Loved staying here and got tons of compliments on how beautiful my place was!

Amazing place to stay! It’s an apartment style with plenty of other tourists using it aswell… it is a 1 minute grab bike away from bui vien walking street but not too close that it feels like a different space. The 7/11 downstairs is open 24/7 and the prices are cheap incase you don’t feel like eating out. Great view of the city and very professional and constant contact with the host the whole time, ready to answer questions, definitely would use again next time.

This place was chosen as the best resting place. The clean and wonderful facilities, comfortable beds, and kitchen are very nice. Especially the swimming pool is very nice. The host has good quick response and kindness. This accommodation will definitely come back on my next Ho Chi Minh trip.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, looks exactly like the photos posted! Loved the nighttime city views from our bedroom windows. Checking in/out was a breeze. Just a short Grab ride away from wherever you wish to go. we would definitely stay here again!

The dorm was nice and comfortable There was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient to use 24 hours a day, and the location of the accommodation was good, so it was convenient to move around.

Overall, definitely a very pleasant experience we had for a 2-night stay at this place @ District 4 in HCM. I must say the room may not look 'as new' as the photos, but it is definitely very clean as it is shown through the pictures. Will definitely consider staying here/at the other apartments provided by the same owner; they are really responsive and friendly!

No reception. Had to wait outside with my bags for an hour. Hidden fees for the room Shit room. Pool is only open 5 hours a day and you need to get someone to sign you in which takes an hour. The lift had a wooden floor. There is nothing in the area to do. It was horrible and stressful
