Some details need to be added to make it more comfortable, especially if one stays for some days, such as hooks for towels in the bathroom. The breakfast options were very limited.

The modern, spacious apartment is well located, has friendly staff, and is a 10-minute walk to the beach. Several restaurants are nearby. Small but nice pool.

Hotel is in a great location with easy access to beach front. Useful supermarket type shops and great restaurants nearby. We arrived Kate and the staff helpfully provided instructions to check in with security as the front desk closed at 8pm Rooms were fine, and it served our purpose well.

We felt the room could do with a deeper clean in some places. Housekeeping would come every couple of days but found they didn’t really ‘clean’ fully. There is no washing up liquid for dishes so this is something to bear in mind.

Location is great, close to the beach and main area where the restaurants are. Comfortable room and good WiFi for working. The space downstairs was ideal for working. There is also a big co work space close by open 24/7-its free to use you just have to buy something from the cafe.

Communication with reception could be better as some miscomm happened during our stay and caused inconvenience and anxiety, Quite a far walk to the beach.

The apartment though small had decent sized bedrooms and two toilets.

Very cozy and comfortable place for a long stay. I will definitely come back here. There is good yoga room and a pool. Comfortable lobby for working. And they have the most adorable dog Luna!

Maybe I'm just very sensitive as this hasn't been mentioned before but I found the street not super quiet. In the studios facing the street you can still hear traffic noise such as scooters, honking etc.. The kitchen is great, but no microwave, also a sponge and dishwasher soap would be useful as you don't wanna buy it if you only stay for a couple days (different for monthly rent). It still was a very pleasant experience!

I loved the pool area and yoga room on the roof top. Also the Cafe on the ground floor is great to sit and work. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I'd advise anyone using booking.com to consider using other booking sites. They are little help if things go wrong, and, as I recently discovered, they book through other websites, thereby washing their hands of any responsibility. Their are alternatives such as trip.com

Zero complaints

It's one of the best places I've stayed at, full marks to the team. The staff, from receptionists to cleaners to evening security, are very professional, polite, and happy. Always greeting you with a warm smile and going out of their way to help you out. I had my toilet block twice in the apartment I was assigned, so they straight away moved me from the one bedroom to a larger two bedroom place for the rest of my stay. The second room was locked, but I got to make use of the larger footprint of the lounge and dining. The hotel is in a quieter part of town, especially being low season it was very quiet, especially at night. No nightclubs doof-doof-ing into the wee hours like if you were closer to the beach. There's a mini supermarket within a couple mins walk and plenty of coffee and food places within walking distance. The onsite cafe does a decent coffee. The wifi speed was good. Managed to do plenty of video conference calls with no issues. Connectivity, signal strength, and stability were good. The facilities are nice and clean with daily cleaning, including runbish removal, dishwashing, change of towels, and making the bed. I appreciated that they sweep first, then mop where some other places just mop and move dirt/dust around.

I picked that hotel is probably because it looked one of the best value in order to be located in the city center. I decided to come back and stay more because of its quality, convenience and charm. And also because the whole (young) team (thank you Ha and team) is so kind, helpful and competent.

Great size apartment. Well equipped. Comfy bed. Spacious shower. Cute balcony for eating breakfast. Friendly, engaging staff. Cool work / hang space. Small but accessible pool. Calm meditation space. Easy to rent a scooter. Great location. There is nothing about this place I didn’t like, or I thought could be improved.

There's a security guard who sleeps by the door at night and I felt so bad waking him up to unlock the door! He was really nice about it though. This isn't really a negative, just something to note if you plan on staying out past 11pm. The important things were clean (bathroom, linens) but there was normal wear and tear on the furniture, and a lot of scuff marks on the walls. I didn't mind though especially considering the price of staying here :)

Perfect location if you want to avoid the super touristy areas, but still be walking distance from good food and the beach. The hotel is located in front of a huge empty lot (I think it's a driving school), so you're less likely to hear construction in the morning (new buildings are always going up everywhere else in Da Nang). I loved the size of the apartment. Maids came to clean every day and were very kind. Friendly and helpful staff.
