The hotel has a dorm for low cost travelers, which is very comfortable, beds have curtains, I slept well, even though usually I can't fall asleep in hostels at all. Nice clean modern bathroom with aseparate WC, AC, balcony, kettle, free bottle of water every day. Very friendly staff! ... TIPS: If you need a good coffee for a good price in the morning just like me, there's a café right in the very beginning of this street. The bus 17 from the airport stops maybe 5 minutes walk from here in direction beach. The beach is amazing and that's why I picked this location, I wanted some quiet time, only to grab a good smoothie, coffee and walk to the beach, that's it. The beach isn't dirty like some others and isn't whole occupied by resorts yet, it has still some quiet public spots.

The best booking in my life! I advise everyone to go here. The location is incredible, the owner is a very nice and responsive person. When the owner is not there, his mother sits at the reception, who does not speak English, but we managed to understand each other. Incredibly clean, neat, beautiful. Price / quality 100/100!

Great little place awesome if you are wanted to explore the north and be in Grand World. Price of a hostel, in a dorm but total hotel vibe. Great for single or couple! Owners are so polite 15 min walk to the free bus and 15 min walk to the beach. The beaches are pristine as they are dotted with resorts, a few great beach bars.

I had a wonderful week-long stay at Moc Homestay. The room and shower were spotless clean. It is located on a quiet inner street along the canal, where the water show takes place every night at 9:30 PM, minimizing both the lighting and noise. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, which made my stay very comfortable. I only realized after booking the room that it is located in Grand World. Personally, I'm not particularly fond of the touristy areas in Grand World, but the nearby beach was great for watching the sunset, and it’s only a 15-minute walk away. I rented a bike from the homestay and explored the northern part of Phu Quoc. It's a more local area with a fishing harbor and mountains.

The owner was incredibly helpful, offering invaluable assistance with transportation to various locations, which I really appreciated. While the Superior Queen Room (20 m²) was smaller than expected, it was impeccably clean. For future stays, I'd consider the Double Room with Balcony (25 m²) or the spacious Luxury Quadruple Room (42 m²). The location is fantastic, right in Grand World, just a minute's walk to the nightly show. The convenience can't be beat, with restaurants, a supermarkets, and spas all within easy reach.

Open shower unfortunately I hate it. Flooding all bathroom but this design is very common in Vietnam. Very intense perfume at the beginning of our stay, we couldn't sleep but the owner changed our sprayed pillows which was great! 😃 No elevator but we managed.

Amazing staff, you can rent an electric scooter or pertol one. The owner is very helpful, will show you best spots for local food (outside vinworld). Very comfortable bed and clean.

The place is just the best for a solo traveler. Super clean, beds are comfortable, the shower and toilet are separated, which is not granted in Vietnam, you get free water upon check in. But most importantly, the host and his parents operating the reception are beyond nice. They got us a free and very generous Christmas dinner and beers. The owner also speaks English and is aaaaalways smiling. It's also reasonably priced.

I knew about the location before but really that area is fancy-schmancy and only resorts and hotels. The good thing is there's a free bus from that area to to center of the island. So there's a solution...

The Homestay is basically a hostel and kind of new. All beds, sheets, bathroom etc. were clean and fresh. It's very quiet in the area so you can sleep like a baby. The staff is also very kind and you can rent a motorbike.

Maybe the only downside is the location which is a little bit apart from bus terminal, so you need to walk a little bit or ask the staff for a pickup.

This property is amazing. If you're solo traveler looking for an accommodation in GrandWorld area, just get this one, the only (and the best) choice in my opinion. And the staff was very hospitable and will get any information you need. Thanks L!

Maybe bins could’ve been changed more regularly, & shower gel but this wasn’t an issue

Location was good, staff was very welcoming & provided a taxi service when other taxi’s unavailable. Really liked having a fridge, kettle & full length mirror in the room plus a balcony!

Unfortunately I didn't like the island of phu quoc so only spent 2 nights on the island otherwise I'd definitely have spent longer

Some bad smell near the toilet

The price is cheap, the staff is friendly, room is clean enough, very convenient location, 100m to the Anh Sang Bridge, easy to enjoy the biggest Phu Quoc Water Light Show, inside the GrandWorld
