Popular tourist spots and restaurants not within walking distance however catching grab rides was easy. Not alot of tourists stay in this area which some people may prefer.

A bit far out of centre town but excellent location for the airport

Breakfast is a self serving affair, although friendly staff are on hand to give assistance when needed. Nice assortment of local cuisine, fruit, yogurt, eggs cooked as per request. Coffee and tea Room are good size and very clean, with comfortable seating

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the layout of the room as well. The AC was a bit loud but worked well. The breakfast was mainly vietnamese but I loved the choice offered. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, well-trained, and provided amazing service. The room had great city views and excellent amenities. The swimming pool on the top floor was beautiful, and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, and the free car service to the airport was a convenient bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Lighting in room was a tad dim, but this should be personal preference. Lift access takes a while due to high occupancy (and function room use).

Service was professional and good. Staff were able to help me with my enquiries and requests. Room was comfortable and clean, ample space for solo guest (friend stays in another room).

Breakfast was very limited for western food, mostly Asian food on offer. It isn’t tourist season at the moment but I suspect when hotel is full that there are lots more variety of cuisine.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The manager was very sweet. Upgraded us as our booked room wasn’t available. Manger and staff really looked after us very well. We would definitely come and stay here again.

The connecting door between our room and the adjacent one was unlocked... at first I thought it was another room of our suite, until I saw luggage belonging to someone else. The safety latch of our room can be easily removed from the outside, because the door opens wide enough to put your hand in, even with the latch in place. WiFi was spotty. Sometimes it drops entirely, not very reliable.

There were occurrences of people smoking in the hotel while I was there, both in the corridors close to the gym and some people staying in the room next to mine. One day I returned to my room at about 5 p.m. after being out since early morning. I found the room door was not securely closed. Anyone could have walked into the room. My theory is the housekeeping staff didn't pull the door shut after cleaning.

The breakfast is understandably oriented towards the predominantly Asian clientele but I always found some things to eat. However, the breakfast entrees were often cold. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The hotel is in a quieter part of DaNang. You'll need Grab to make quick trips to the center of the city as well as the beach areas, night market. Free shuttle to the airport, though I tipped the driver as he was courteous about handling my luggage.

The smoking, the poor air conditioning, the elevators were too slow and sewer gases in the room.
