Nothing, we had a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic 11 nights at Milk Fruit Homestay! As as intimate, modern hotel that is literally a 1-minute walk to the beach, with great restaurants, pubs and mini-marts nearby, there was everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast that was included with the room, which included choices of both delicious egg dishes and pho, as well as fresh-squeezed juices, coffee and tea. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit that was served with each breakfast - including when they served us rose apples taken from the hotel courtyard! We were also able to arrange a boat tour through Milk Fruit, and to have laundry done quickly and cost-effectively. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and gracious; they went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic stay!

Milk Fruit is excellent small boutique hotel, well run, with very pleasant friendly staff. Rooms are nicely furnished and equipped with attention to every detail. Everything exceeded my expectations so much that I extended my stay. Highly recommended!

For the price, this property was an excellent choice for us and it exceeded our expectations. We had a nice big en-suite with a really good shower, we were given plenty of towels and the room was a grand size for us. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and they had a good level of English. The location was great, as close to the beach as we could find.

Well built accommodation with great shower and comfortable room. Our room was very quiet even though in the heart of town, staff were super helpful and overall it was a great value for the price. Staff set up our transport to/from the airport and answered in the evening when our flight to Danang was delayed for over four hours. Free bikes were nice to use one day to explore Hoi An. Breakfast was basic but tasty banana pancake.

A bedside light would have been appreciated, plus an actual bottle of shampoo and shower gel rather than a few sachets. There was a fair bit of drilling at the property whilst I was there but I guess it has to be done sometime.

Brilliant location very near the beach and central to everything! Lovely room with verandah, fantastic breakfast, I had banana pancakes, with fruit and juice , but there was a choice and mini menu if this isn’t to your taste. Free bike and only 10- 15 mins to cycle into Hoi An. Friendly and helpful hosts

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! Communication, check in, the room and facilities, the location, the breakfast. We felt at home here! It was quiet and comfortable and perfectly situated. A 25 min bike ride into Hoi An town directly from the homestay - the bikes were free to borrow and were in good condition. Easy to cycle to town (just go straight all the way). I would 100% stay here again! Five stars!

Most places of this high standard have free filtered water but we had to buy it. Would give a 10/10 if this was provided.

Great service, clean & modern room with a nice basic breakfast included. Great location close to the beach and restaurants (for vegetarians I highly recommend The Fisherman's Vegan Restaurant - such delicious food). Fantastic being able to borrow bikes for free - this was super handy!
