It would have been nice to have a few more lounge chairs by the pool.

Guest room was bright and clean. Breakfast buffet was great. We enjoyed the selection of Asian & Western items. It was nice to see a change up on certain items as we stayed 4 nights.

It says 5 star hotel. But i would rate it 4. Overall its clean but under the bed it seems cleaning was not done for months.

Close to the beach, they got their own beach umbrellas n chairs free of charge. Quiet place, walking distance to shopping center. For families this place is better than crowded n noisy downtown.

This hotel have the easiest access to the beach , much better then any other hotels that claim to have beachfront ! There is a great buffet ,with a chef ! the room size is good ! I would recommend this hotel to any western traveler

Nothing really. They get some large tour groups here and they can get a bit noisy, but if you make the staff aware, they'll quiet them right down.

Just steps from a quiet, private beach, near shopping malls, the market, and about a 20-minute walk to the center. Daily housekeeping (and they did a great job, too) and above-average breakfast buffet with made-to-order eggs, several varieties of bread, lots of Asian and western choices. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful, above and beyond what was expected. Great value, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Nha Trang.

The room was very good with a sea view and a balcony. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. The pool area looked good with lots of seating , but we didn't use the pool due to bad weather. The breakfast was varied and catered for all tastes. We were given bottles of water every day.

Generally some area among the hotel lack a bit of vitalization.

Great breakfast, taste and have many varieties. Staffs are experience and profession with great attitude.

(1) Very long waiting during the check-in. (2) Perhaps can improve the variety and taste of the breakfast items. (3) The drinking water bottles - look out for the different volumes (~350 ml vs. ~500 ml?) (same brand and packing) -- the smaller ones were complementary while the bigger (slightly) ones were not. You probably won't be able to tell the difference and just consumed all... (not really expensive, but kind of tricky...)

The location. Accessible to many places including eateries and most importantly, the beach, basically just across the street. The bathtub is good with sea view.

A nice hotel with a good location. As a wheelchair user, ramps at the front were too steep and I needed help. Usually in a 5 star hotel there is someone to greet you at the front but this was often not the case. Luckily my wife was on hand to help me. Breakfast was very good and the pool was nice but had steps up to it,so was no really wheelchair accessible. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. Many thanks.

We liked everything but some written instructions on how to use the safety deposit box would be very helpful.

The friendly and helpful staff made this hotel stay very enjoyable. They always greeted you with a smile. The room was very clean with an outstanding view. We chose this place as it was less high rise than some other hotels. It was in the slightly quieter end of town. We enjoyed the complimentary sun-beds on the beach. The foot massage in the spa was very relaxing. Thank you to all staff.

The location is just great. It's near everything and the beach. The room was spacious, and the swimming pool was quite relaxing and children friendly. The staff went out of their way to accommodate you in every way that they could.

Most of the readily accessible plugs were fried. The safe was slow and clunky with confusing english instructions; at my request it was replaced. Still clunky but a little more responsive, and useable. The Director of sales and Marketing was perturbed by my filling out the Jovia review on this laptop while surrounded by daily notebook and travel journeys., beside the pool. I think I reassured him that my internet influnce was negligible.

The breakfast was very good; and egg station, a noodle station, and a fresh hotcakes station. Once very crowded, this is school holidays after all, but staff coped well, in fact clearing my plates so my place was snaffled by others. Everything in abundance. The pool was clean and cool, with depths for all ages and two spa pools for lounging. Plenty of towels. A terrifying amount of equipment in the gym. The receptionist was brilliant and very helpful with directions and guidance.

Burned holes in carpet. No furnitures on the balcony, but added upon request. Breakfast area was not cleaned at peak times. Staff was not prepared to help with booking of Trips and tours.

Great Pool. Lots of choice at the breakfast. Wonderfull view from the balcony. Staff was doing their best to help with further travels.

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is very peaceful. The view on the top floor is amazing. Just 2min walk from the beach. Breakfast is good. One person is dedicated to cook your eggs however you want.
